I recently visited this location, owner was very skimpy with any additional veggies on my sandwich and refused to substitute spinach for lettuce. Will tell everyone I know not to visit this Subway shop.

The sub hardly had tuna in it. It was like eating a veggie sub instead. The broccoli soup was watered down. The cheese didn’t look smooth but clumpy. When I took off the lid, I looked at it and threw it out after stirring it. I understand we’re going through tough times because we’re all feeling the $$ crunch. But when a customer comes and pays for a product, I expect nothing less! What do I wholeheartedly recommend? Please go to another location. This place cuts corners. I posted my receipt as proof I was at this location. I’m highly disappointed. Then he was like, “don’t leave the tip using your card; leave cash instead.” While pointing at the box on the counter. Oh! Don’t forget to read the letter management posted.

Tried a different Subway since Newburg can’t seem to get anything right.(See their review) This Subway is awesome and Morgan made the best sandwich exactly the way I like it. Will definitely be back.

The staff were very helpful. Our order was taken quickly and accurately. The bread, meat and vegetables were fresh and kept at appropriate temperatures. We were treated with courtesy. Every time we come to Subway the food and service are always excellent. This is why we return to Subway often.
My fiancee and I went there September 14, 2022 and talked with the manager about catering a reception. He was extremely helpful and efficient. We were both pleased with the help he gave us.
November 6, 2022-This Subway catered our wedding reception. My brother went to pick up the order, and every sub was neatly wrapped and organized into boxes, exactly as the manager said they would be. The meats, breads and vegetables on the subs were fresh and plenty of sauces were provided in separate containers. The only downside is they don’t accept coupons, so we have to go to other Subway restaurants to use any mail coupons we get.

After reading many other reviews here I see we are not alone. We went to this location for lunch today. Upon walking in, there was 1 other customer. It took several minutes to even be acknowledged, but okay. My son asked the (I assume) owner behind the counter if we could could use our coupon there. (Sorry, we didn’t see your sign, we were looking at the menu) This (I assume) owner behind the counter quite rudely told us “No! We do not take coupons here!”… We turned around and left! Shame on you for being rude to people who wanted to spend money in your establishment! Shame on you for having no manners, no customer service! My hope is you close up shop soon and we get a nice sandwich shop in your place.

If i could give 0 stars i would. They are always rude, the sandwhiches always look like crap with everything on one spot or hardly any of the products u ask for and if u ask for more spinach or whatever they look at you like you are the worst. They dont take coupons and even turn off footlongs on online ordering like be so for real. I gave them too many chances. Wont be back.

I went in here and got a tuna sub and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. She does the sub everything fine then when it comes to the soup she comes from the back I don’t even know where the soup comes from sticks the soup in the microwave, and serves me a lukewarm bowl of soup, that the cheese wasn’t even melted. It looks so awful I couldn’t bear to keep eating it. When I tried to explain to her sticking a bowl of soup in a microwave is not fresh, she proceeds to try to argue with me and tells me well I stick the sub in the microwave. To which I have to tell her that is not a microwave that is an air fryer. A microwave radiates your food and destroys your your food nutritional value unacceptable, I thought Subway was eat fresh sticking food in the microwave is not fresh. Won’t be coming back here!!!
