I loved how they accepted my coupons when I got my food they took off the coupons. The person who did the food was kind and friendly. She got me everything I asked for and fixed it the way I wanted it such as toasting the bread without anything on it first.

I do not understand what is wrong with your app to order online but I spent about an hour trying to order my dinner from this place. My husband ordered his on his app for dinner. I tried to order myself dinner on my own personal app and it would not let me pay!! I have 2 working cards that both had way more than i was trying to spend here on them and every time I tried it was saying payment failed. Nothing wrong with either card used one for gas and the other at the grocery store no trouble using my cards anywhere else. I guess my money isn’t good enough for you! My husband even asked why the app wasn’t working correctly when he was in there and the girl looked at him and said I don’t know nothing about an app. Grammar bad and rude he said. He had just heard her talking to another employee about someone complaining about being charged twice on the app. So I guess she was just acting dumb not to deal with it. So he was going to buy me a sandwich but at this point I told him forget it. I will make me a turkey sandwich at home!! Sorry my money wasn’t good enough I will never spend a penny here again!!

The kids working there told me that I could’ve walked back into the store that was closed if I had a problem. Then I got a nasty email from the GM and the store manager telling me that I wasn’t going to refund my husbands money and that we were not welcome at the store again because they were rude and I stood up for myself. Funny how children are running the store and then I got blamed for standing up for myself. Apparently the reviews are all 5 Stars according to whoever this guy Robert is. Not clear on who’s running the show there because a kid looking all of 12 says he is. Of course they’re all afraid of someone confronting them. They’re children. Get some people in there who are at least of age. It’s easy to sit at home and email me nasty emails but you ignored my husband and didn’t talk to him in any type of way. Corporate will be happy to know that y’all made up 4 reasons why you couldn’t give us a refund. Y’all talking outta both sides of your mouth.

I am pretty skeptical of subways they are a very inconsistent brand from location to location. That said this location specifically is consistently a good experience. The staff is usually a bunch of high schoolers, they keep things clean and do a really great job actually. The food is always great and everything is fresh. If I had to complain about something the ice machine is frequently out of order but that isn’t really anything the employees can control.

Ordered 3 combos from Subway today and got to the register to pay. Justin handed me 3 cups and 1 looked like someone stepped on it before he handed it to me. I asked for a new cup and he grabbed it off the counter, threw it on the floor and kicked the cup. Justin then went in the back and after hearing slamming sounds in the back, he comes back out with 1 new cup. Need someone older than 16 working in that restaurant that has control of their emotions. What I’ve read from past reviews, many others have had the same problem.

Normally I get great service but the girl was enamored with this guy she neved avknowled me or took my order. I walked out, drove all way there, went to work without lunch. Always give a tip of cash. Tip today young girl with ponytail needs to learn to wait on customers and not flirt.
