The guy at the counter was rude and less than pleasant. Kid obviously hates his job. It is a sandwich shop, so I souldnt feel uncomfortable ordering a sandwich. Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. No effort or care given. When asked for the sau e I wanted, I was told I had to choose something else because he wouldn’t fill up a new bottle. Just rude all the way around. I won’t be back.

Great Subway, friendly employee greeted as we walked in. We had the tuna with our usual fixings and it was very good. The restaurant was very clean and we were impressed by all the workers who were extremely busy. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their work. I’ll definitely come back here the next time I am in Lagrange KY. Hey Mr/Ms Manager, give your employees recognition.

The gentleman asked if I had an online order when I walked up to the counter. When I replied no he was rude and said well it’s going to be a minute, then proceeded to get upset and annoyed that they were busy I guess. I won’t be going back there at all. You can get subs at other places around town and they aren’t rude to their customers.

I put in an order online to pick up for lunch. They said they never got it even though my card was already charged. They said if it does come through to their computer they’ll cancel it. They didn’t cancel it, I got charged twice. I just called up there to speak to someone about this. I asked if a manager was there and the lady said no. I said well I have a question about a charge and she hung up. I thought maybe we got disconnected, so I called back. I was declined.
Wasn’t that big of a deal I just wanted to ask about it, but she was super rude & it was a mistake on their part ♀️

I ordered two salads and some cookies online for pickup. I received a call a few minutes later telling me they were out of the cookies I ordered and offered some substitutes. I did not want the substitutes so when I got there I had the cashier repeat the options of the cookies available to make sure. As I thought they were not desirable. I asked for a refund on them. Neither young lady in the store knew how to make a refund of an item on a order. They could refund an entire order but not a single item from one. They both said they had not been taught to do so and only the manager could do that type of refund. I inquired when the manager would be in and I was told the manager works early shifts. I phoned the next day after 2pm and the manager had gone for the day. When inquiring as to his hours, I was told he left really early that day. Upon further questioning the manager is actually the owner of the store! It’s very obvious to me the owner does not care if his products are available for purchase nor does he care he leaves young women late at night to close the store. I will not return to this store for many reasons. The quality of the salads were terrible. The last time we got salads the lettuce was fresh and chopped not shredded and wilted. The meat was adequate and tasted like the meat should. This time the meat was barely visible even though we paid for extra. Over all the entire experience was extremely disappointing for over $26. The young ladies were very nice and apologetic but the sad experience of bad food and unavailable food was not their fault as they were doing the best they could with what they had been given by the owner. We try to support the hometown businesses but we will not be supporting this one. He doesn’t deserve support.

The employees are excellent and very friendly and do their jobs well. The owner needs an attitude adjustment. When the customer gives a tip, don’t print it out and complain about the amount while the customer is still there, comment how little and how you should get a new machine that gives bigger percentage for tips. Makes the next time the customer won’t want to tip at all and that’s not fair you your employees.

The staff is friendly, store was clean, and food was ok. My only issue is this store does not accept coupons/vouchers. I know it sounds minor..but this is not an ideal economy, and to some folks it’s important to find savings wherever possible. Especially when the average sized foot long sandwiches are $13. Store staff said it’s owner preference and most stores don’t allow them. If subway goes through the trouble of sending them in the mail the stores ought to be able to accept them.

Walked in at 8:40pm before they close at 9. The crew had already mopped the floor and the place looked great. I apologized for being so close to close and the crew of 2 high schoolers said no problem, we are here no matter what, might as well be making sandwiches! It was so refreshing to see employees who care so much. They had already inventoried the chips but promptly updated their count when I purchased one. Not sure their names but these two desire accolades for great service and attitude! Sandwich was super fresh btw!

I’ve eaten at a lot of Subway’s before but let me just tell you, these guys know how to make a footlong. The bread was cooked to perfection, not dry and crispy like those other shops. They didn’t go skimpy on the meat and gave a decent amount of onion and jalapeno where most places just load up on the lettuce. These guys do it right and it seems like the owners must have known all their customers by name!? Wow, so nice to everyone too! Definitely will be back 😉
