Staff is very absent minded. You have to repeat what you’re wanting and you still may not get it. Also, if you ask if something is fresh like the cookies and then get them normally they rock hard. I have done this three times hoping for different results and been let down all three times. Hope to see improvement in the future.

I never leave reviews, but I was so shocked by the price today that I have to. I realize Subway sets the price, not the employees at this specific store, but they are astronomically high now. Today I got one 6” sub and a one foot long sub with two regular drinks and it was $27 + change. Almost $30 for two very basic sandwiches with no add ons, no chips or cookies. We could have gone and had a sit down meal at a restaurant for that much money. The foot long was very sloppily put together too, sauce all over the outside and ingredients spilling out. Just overall not a good experience and we will not be back, unfortunately.

If I could give 0 I would!! Placed our order online and was already annoyed at paying over $30 for 2 sandwiches. Went to pick up the order and they mysteriously didn’t receive it even though I have a receipt and proof that my card was in fact charged!! They refused to make the order even with my emailed receipt!! I will NEVER order from them again!!

Since they have remodeled they have upped their prices to about $20 for a subway sandwich! They’re slow and mess up your sandwich! They have gotten mad when told that something wasn’t supposed to go on it!! If you can’t afford the remodel then you shouldn’t up your prices to pay off the debt!! Insane!!

Imagine ordering a no bready bowl, expecting it to come as advertised,with lettuce, cucumbers, spinach, tomatoes, olives, and red onion, and so you just say what additions you want on it, only to get a 10 dollar bowl of just a few measly slices of meat, two slices of cheese, and a portion of each sauce thrown Willy nilly into the bowl.

The boy behind the counter was either stupid or high! He cut my kids sub down to TWO inches!! He didn’t listen to anything I was saying. I stood in line for 30 minutes! The poor girl behind the counter was working so hard trying to keep up and was easily making three sandwiches to his one kids sub! If I walk in there again and that boy is there, I won’t even give it a chance. McDonald’s has better time management and service than this boy had! Worst experience ever!!!
