We were taking a day trip to the springs and decided to grab some subs on the way. The sandwiches were fine, and the restaurant was clean, but the employee was rude, disinterested, and abrupt. I wouldn’t stop back at this location personally. I’m sure since it is in a very rural area with few restaurant choices available they can act poorly and stay in business. Not what you would expect from a national chain.

Sketchy location. I’m not from the area and made a stop while traveling and passing through, (it was probably around 7 when we stopped) the employees weren’t friendly, they barely spoke, even when they were spoken too the food was decent.

Lady sneezed on her glove hand and continued to make her sandwich. This is unsanitary. The floors look like they have not been swept in a year. They also have no sweet tea. All subways that I know, have sweet tea.

They always mess my sandwich up wrong cheese or bread, and when you try to tell the owners, they rather argue with you rather than fixing the sandwich as if they are buying it or eating it. They are friendly to some with a smile but not to all. You have to write your order down and read it slow so they can get your food correctly. I hate they hide the meat and cheese now, so you don’t know what anything looks like except the veggies. Not to mention when ordering they continue to ask with each item “is that it, is that it, what else, what else you want” like dang relax breathe finish putting my tomatoes on and the other 2 items” Now the teamworkers are better than the owners, friendly, understanding, communicates, engage with the customers sharing laughs, When a mistake is made they have no issues fixing the sandwich without any back and forth. I tip the workers every time, but the owners need some classes on professionalism and how to help their community by accepting coupons like the majority of subways around the world atleast if not daily they can on holidays. Any extra meat. cheese, etc. Extra between 2.00 – 4.00

They were friendly, fast and the cleanest Subway I have been in. The subs were amazing and everything was perfectly made. They also take coupons The Donalsonville Ga. Subway does NOT ACCEPT COUPONS BIG RIP OFF. PEOPLE THERE SHOULD STOP GOING THERE THEN MAYBE THEY WOULD START ACCEPTING COUPONS

The cashier was super rude. She was on the phone talking to someone and then would ask me a question. I didn’t know if she was talking to me or the person on the phone. I had to ask her how she was doing. I stood in line for a good bit while she was so “busy” putting things up before she asked me what I wanted. I asked her if she was the manager and she was … No need to ask for the manager to talk to. She was it. Rude service makes me not want to return, no matter how hungry I am. Had she not begun making my sandwich, I would have left immediately!

Ordered a foot long ahead of time on the app. Sandwich was made exactly like I requested on the app and was ready ahead of schedule. Restaurant was clean and it was easy to park at this location.
