Just stopped at Subway in Dawson, GA on 11/29/26 at 3:00 p.m. and our sandwiches were great, customer service was excellent and it was clean, clean, clean. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Restrooms were sparkling too! Parking for a travel trailer was convenient in the large grocery store parking lot next door!

Terrible! I placed an online order. I asked the young lady if I grab my own drink. She ignored me. I didn’t want to put a tip on my card I was going to tip in person
No greeted me, no one said have a nice day. No merry Christmas, happy holiday. They missed out on a 20.00 Christmas tip. Very rude and I know its because of my race!!! And the order was wrong! I will be calling cooperate!

It was my first time in the new location on March 13th, 2024. The restaurant was really nice and clean, but the attitudes were less than desirable. Went to place my order and the response that I got was “What you want”. The employee was very rude and acted as though I was bothering her and that she just didn’t have the time to be dealing with me. They need to be trained in customer service or else they will end up losing business if this continues. I will give it one more try, but if it continues, I will not be going back.

4-014-2024. Waited a good 5 minutes to be waited on. No one else in place 3 employees working. Attitudes less than desirable. Nice restaurant but employees a different story.

This location in Dawson George just opened a week or two ago. I went on Tuesday 01/03/2024 for half sub was told I couldn’t purchase my sandwich by the manager. She was short dark skinned and very rude to me because I only had $50 bill. According to her they don’t accept any bills over $20. It’s tax season and refused service instead of upselling my order was absolutely ridiculous.. yet alone turning. Paying customers around with a nasty attitude making my experience worst than it has to be. Very poor service. They also didn’t have the bread I wanted. I order a Philly cheese steak.
Then after making the sandwich I was told to go next door for change.. so basically wasted the food . needless to say I will never eat at this store or spending my money with this location. Why are they open. Personally as a manger I’d fire the entire staff push grand opening back for proper training just start over.!!

How do you mess up a two sub order, when both subs are exactly the same, with simple ingredients? I understand not having buffalo sauce because newer locations no longer stock it, but replacing spinach, which actually has substance, with old lettuce, without so much as a word is unacceptable. If I wanted lettuce, I would have asked for it, and it most definitely would not be the limp, beginning to brown GARBAGE put on our subs. If you were out, you should have said something instead of substituting without asking if your assumption was okay to act on. No notice was given of potential lack of chosen ingredient, no option was given to either leave it off or choose something entirely different, and BOTH subs were ruined in this way. Employees need retraining or replacing due to clearly incompetent service if they’re willing to ruin the mealtime experience of anyone they serve without any warning whatsoever due to assumptions they’ve made. Thirty dollars for two subs, and you can’t even be bothered to get it right. Disappointing to the extreme, and yes, this is inflammatory, because I’m HUNGRY, as is my partner.

The staff at this location were extremely rude. We clearly stated our order multiple times without them actually listening or paying attention to us. I did not personally check the receipt as I was focused on my children. The cashier did not add all the drinks or the child’s meal to the order and then had the audacity to accuse us of stealing in front of other customers while we were eating our meal. The staff needs to be retrained on how to deliver great customer.
