Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. This location takes a lot of mobile orders so even if there are not many patrons on site you could still potentially have to wait for your order to be made. My wait time was 15 min with 2 customers in front of me due to mobile orders being prioritized over on site customers.

Bumping profane language out of an Amazon speaker. The server says, “They have to play a mix for all audiances.” I think they should stick to FM radio. The music was loud and inappropriate, and I was embarrassed for the little old lady in line behind me. She was two shades of red. I was really glad to get out of there.

I went on a Sunday evening to get a sandwich and was pleasantly surprised on my visit as compared to other Subways. The store was clean, I was greeted as I entered the door, service was fast and the sandwich was excellent. The build was good, properly heated and tasted fresh. I was suppose to eat half and save half but it was too good so I ate the full sandwich in one sitting. Kudos to the management team and staff for a quality experience.

Haven’t been in since all the new changes. I had a rotisserie honey mustard chicken sub on cheese bread. Wish I’d taken a pic before I ate it all. Yum! Also looked like new crew. Two very polite and personable young men who had speed and accuracy. We ate inside and they had a steady influx of customers. The were just as nice to every single person who came in. There were also people ordering that you could tell were regulars and the exchange was even more personal about their work, family life, etc. Wish I could remember their names but I’ve lost my receipt. It’s 2/19/2022, 8:20pm and my Subway is in Cairo, Ga. Can’t wait for y’all to meet them!

Food is usually good if they have what you select to eat. Always out of something it seems. The store closes sooner than the signs says and always too early. Employees seem to not want to be there or are rude almost all the time.
