This Subway location was by far the best I’ve ever visited! It’s been a long time since I had a Subway sub for lunch because I hadn’t been thrilled with the locations in my area but I was hungry and pressed for time. This was my 1st visit to this location and I was blown away with the cleanliness of the entire place! The woman who made my 12″ BMT sub was incredibly nice & worked very quickly to put together the best BMT sub I have ever had! The roll was super soft & fresh, the meats & cheese delicious and the veggie fixings definitely fresh & crisp!

Miss Dria (I pray I spelled that correctly) was an absolute sweetheart! She made the most beautiful looking and tasting sandwich! Her customer service was on point! She had an upbeat vibe and was very accommodating! Love her! I haven’t been to Bainbridge in going on 20 years, and this young lady was beyond worth 5☆’s! The gentleman working with her was busy and diligently working as well, so I’d say that they make a great team! The store was clean. Veggies looked fresh. Bread was fresh. Everything was perfect! Thank you, whoever the manager is, for hiring this wonderful young lady! She made my day! % She was trained well as a Sandwich Artist! I took my beautiful sandwich and had dinner at the Boat Basin. This is the WORST Subway I have ever been to. I get there and ask for an Italian salad and she looked confused. The lady must have started today, which I am understanding of. She asked the other lady if she ever made one… again confusion. So now I’m confused. Anyways, they “get it together”. They initially don’t even cut the meat, I had to ask. I was so distracted by the horrible quality of their vegetables that I didn’t even pay attention to how little the amount of lettuce she put in the container was. No wonder they were confused, they probably don’t know what a salad is… obviously. All of this, by the way, took 20 minutes. That’s 20 minutes and $20 (my boyfriend’s sub was ehh, but edible) that I’ll never get back.

We tried a couple of Subway restaurants in the past week. There was a clear difference. This restaurant was much cleaner and the service was way better. The way they made sandwiches was great….seemed like they knew what they were doing and cared. Will repeat if we are in the area…
