Worst experience at a subway ever. They got all 3 sandwiches wrong and I got there before he finished making them and then he literally stopped and walked away from making the sandwiches and started to gossip. It took 40 minutes to make 3 sandwiches with no other orders or people waiting with 3 workers. I’ve been eating subway for years and I will never come back to this one.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Me and my fiancé came here last night and the two workers were very rude. They were sitting at a window seat, watched us walk in, and told us to try the Subway on the boulevard. A person in the parking lot also told us that they were apparently taking a lunch break together and were not serving people. Very disappointing

I ordered a sandwich from this subway through DoorDash and I got it cold.
I made a call and there was a nice woman over the phone who let me know that I could bring the receipt back and get it remade, so I did the next day.
The manager was there and I explained the situation instead of apologizing for the sandwich she was more concerned that the woman had let me know I could come back and it wasn’t her place to do that.
She continuously told me that she was the manager (okay i understand but at this point I don’t care) she said many times almost in a bragging manner.
But regardless I was very polite and respectful.
I waited and did get the sandwich remade but it was STILL cold!
I didn’t bother going back in because at this point I was aggravated and while being in there, the employees making other people’s sandwiches were extremely rude and had very bad attitudes! One of them actually got into a little confrontation with one of the customers while being in there. Manager standing right there and didn’t intervene at all. I picked up a bag of chips and the manager looked me up and down rudely and then proceeded to say something about how we have to pay for the chips..
actually we didn’t have to because I was supposed to get the whole order remade which was the sandwich, cookies, and a bag of chips. But only got the sandwich not the other two things. Chips got paid for but still.
I would never go back! Terrible management!! Food was awful!!! And it used to be good so I’m not sure if management changed or what.

I just wanted to take the time out to compliment the young lady that was working here on Christmas Day. Her and the lady working on the store side around 3:30 pm on Christmas were so cheerful and accommodating. I was thankful that subway was open on Christmas and for them both to serve with a smile despite working on a holiday really made my day. Thank you!

Other than having to wait almost 10 minutes for the server to come from the back, which I think it sounded like cutting or prepping something, she came out with sliced bell peppers. She proceeded to put fresh peppers on left over in bottom of container. That’s not the correct way. Then added banana peppers the same way, on top of older ones. Very polite and service was great.

Curbside pickup. I had to go inside. The app said my food was ready but it hadnt been made. I asked for Italian herb and cheese but got white bread. Order turkey, bacon, cheese, and pickles. Received ham, cheese, and pickles. Had to go back in the store and get the correct sandwich. 1 person working and I felt bad for her. She had a great attitude! Other than that I will not return to this location!!

Busy at Friday, 6pm. Waited for 5 minutes. One worker in trainer, had to ask another worker to roll my wrap, no problem; both workers eager to help. Sandwich very tasty.

Service can be hit and miss. I do like the terrayki Chicken roll up. I will say when you say “Light Mayo, many times they think that means extra mayo…so be careful, if you want light mayo.

I placed an online order and I waited until I got home to check my food, a mistake that will never happen again. I order two The Boss series footlong subway sandwich. They didn’t put the Belgioioso Fresh Mozzarella cheese, and extra marinara sauce on the sandwiches. Plus I ask for the sandwiches to be cut in threes instead of just in half. If the app gave me the option you should honor the option or take it off the app. Why half do a job you get paid to do???

I really wished there was an option to put zero stars I LOVE subway and this is the worst one that I have ever been to. I stopped there once to get a sandwich and the woman had the worst attitude ever. I’m almost positive she overcharged be considering I’ve never paid $40 for two sandwiches ever. So I haven’t gone back in months because everytime that I went the oven was broken. So I decided to go today and I went in and they all still have the worst attitudes I have ever seen and she didn’t put hardly any meat on my sandwich and everytime I said I wanted something on my sandwich she just rolled her eyes and threw it on the bread. Then she cut my sandwich with the same knife that she cut the ladies in front of mine with. I will not be returning to this subway and I will for sure tell everyone ik not to stop at this one!! So I RATE THIS ZERO STARS FOR SURE!!!!
