I received images from my Dasher showing roaches. I immediately instructed them to leave and canceled the order. This is completely unacceptable, and nothing is being done about it. People don’t even know this is happening and are still eating there—it’s disgusting. Close them down until they fix the infestation!!!

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any. After a 10 hour drive, I see the sign and think “Subway sounds good”. I walk in and the gentleman behind the counter says, “Do you have an online order?” I said No, and he says he’s not serving any walk in customers. He’s been there for X amount of hours, hasn’t had a break, etc. He apologizes and says I can blame management. I walked out. This young man needs to learn something about customer service. Turn out the lights and lock the door if you’re having issues, but don’t ever treat customers this way because you’re having a bad day. I’ll never be back to this location.

I sat outside for ten minutes before going inside and watch the young gentleman worker stand up and laugh and play with someone not making a purchase. I go inside and have to wait an additional five minutes for the young man to cleanup which he could have been doing while he was playing. I requested the boss footlong he started to smile, laugh, and shake his head no as he told me there weren’t any meatballs done. I left and he continued to play. Whoever owns this subway has to be desperate for workers.

Terrible subs, ordered 6” cold cut combo supposed to have bologna, ham and salami, all turkey based, only had old bologna, hope I don’t get sick! 6” meatball was supposed to have provolone cheese only had sprinkle of Parmesan!

Went in to get a sandwich and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes with no one behind the counter. They were outside the whole time even though they seen customers coming in. I got one of the ladies names her name is Lashun from what I could see and I couldn’t tell what the other girls name tag said. Not to mention they had some of the worst attitudes I have EVER seen. It was absolutely ridiculous, anything that was asked of them which was bare minimum I received an eye roll in return. I have never wanted to get out of a public place so bad. I’m not one to complain, but it was absolutely ridiculous!! I went in July 28th 2025 around 6:30 pm. Food was okay but the bread was hard. Subway can honestly better their customer satisfaction by looking into new employees!

The worst sandwich I’ve ever had from subway. Meatballs and sauce cold . Cube cheese hard because they couldn’t toast it. Not that they said anything till after the sandwich was made . But the 3 spoons of sauce to make bread like mush takes the prizes. Nothing better then a cold meatball sandwich with crunchy cheese on wet bread. Someone please put this location out of the publics misery. For the amount I paid for 2 hot(cold) sandwiches wasn’t worth my time or my hard earned money. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
