I had a hard morning with my windshield wiper literally flying off in the rain. I briefly mentioned that I didn’t know if I had the new one on good or not now. The staff went above and beyond, not only being patient my order, but demonstrating compassion and emotional support through their facial expressions. Even if it had stopped there, it would have been enough, but Autumn and Amber took it to another level. Bobby quickly looked at my wiper to be sure I was safe. Thank you all so much for being an encouraging team that does more than create good sandwiches!!

My boyfriend and I went to this location after 10pm. Gena was working solo. She had 2 guests in front of us and she never stopped smiling. Her demeanor was one that you do not really get to see from service industry workers anymore. Especially during a graveyard shift. She maintained a very clean work space and changed gloves between every person. Sure the gloves are something that should be changed but again, this practice is sometimes missing. I tried to tip her in cash but she was not able to take any. Since I wasn’t able to tip her I wanted to make sure she got a good review. Gena is such a sweet soul and it is refreshing to see a young employee with such a positive attitude taking pride in their work! Thanks Gena!

Randy working the register was super sweet. She was a nice chat during a long roadtrip stop!

I have eaten here several times late at night on my way home. They have always been kind and happy to make my footlongs. Their bread is soft and everything you want on your subs are fresh cut and prepared. No wilted or soggy lettue here which i have found eating late at night at other places

The food is good. The customer service is good. I have not experienced any problems at this particular subway. Also, at the time of thos review, they are still accepting coupons while other local subways stopped accepting coupons due to food shortages.
1 other good thing about this subway is that it is the only subway in Biloxi that is open 24 hours primarily because it is in a Love’s Convenience Store.

Apparently there is a meth head that works at the subway here. She’s always in a bad mood Apparently meth withdrawals will do that to you today she denied me service because I asked can someone else make my sub she has blue hair and her face is broke out. however the clerk at loves was super duper helpful. My sub was made with love u appreciate the love’s employee but the subway meth head gave horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend going to this subway unless it’s an emergency and you really need to eat

This is a BUSY Subway and the Staff works very hard. The Store is very clean and I was so impressed by the PRIDE that a young man named “Ish” displayed that I wanted to share it. He deserves recognition and is an asset to Subway in Biloxi, MS. We need a million more Ish’s in the World. One day you will be rewarded for your dedication and professionalism. Horrible. I was rushed through my sandwich and i asked her why and she siad she was on a timer so i felt i couldn’t really get what i wanted to order. Never ordering from this subway agian. If there on a timer like she says then the manager should know rushing peoples order makes for horrible service

Stopped in as it was a Subway open 24 hours. Friendly staff, even at 1 AM. Food was good, service was efficient, clean store. If I ever need late night food and am nearby, I’m going again.
