The people that work here must all be related to one another some how because I’ve live very close by for 7 years and every single employee that have come and gone all have the same stinky attitude, poor customer service, no sense of urgency and a complete lack of compassion for the very people keeping their paychecks coming!!!
Why don’t owners review what their customers are saying? This has been happening for YEARS! Even if they make the order to perfection their crusty, nasty attitude makes it taste a day old!
If we are an inconvenience to your lovely lives go get another job where interacting with human kind doesn’t exist!

The heavier set woman that works here is SO SLOW. Sorry, as I wasn’t able to get her name, but I think she does that so people will walk off, as that’s exactly what we did after waiting on her to make an order that was placed before coming in. They had to wait on an order that she didn’t pre make, as should’ve been already done. It’s every time this woman is working. She moves slower than my grandmother. Someone needs to address this, as she’s costing y’all money. It isn’t the first time we’ve walked out due to her slow movement. We don’t expect her to run but come on, everything is right there at hand, But this lady just don’t got it in her.

I am not a fan of Subway and rarely visit the establishment. I had to get gasoline and decided to get a small veggie salad. I watched the person who prepared my order transition from slicing lunch meat and handling the slicer equipment to the salad without changing gloves. I was a little shocked but didn’t say anything. This seemed to be a new employee who was friendly and may not have been properly trained. I couldn’t bring myself to eat it, and am glad it was a relatively inexpensive mistake that I don’t plan to make again.

I ordered online through the subway app and had DoorDash doing the delivery. My order was voided so I attempted to call and no one answered. I assumed the money would be refunded automatically. This same situation happened at another subway location and fixed the situation no problem however they explained that subway app doesn’t automatically refund. This led me to check the other order to see if it had been refunded which it had not. So I called the store explained the situation they told me to come in and were honestly rude about it. I have proof of this problem but they just would not accept it so I emailed the customer service and Mr.Kevin was very helpful and understanding! He fixed my issue in a quick and timely manner. Very appreciative for his customer service.

I am disabled and ordered a sandwich online with curbside pickup. I waited 15 minutes until it was obvious no one was going to deliver my order. I tried calling three times but they wouldnt pick up. I had to wrestle to get my walker out of my Jeep and slowly go to the counter. No one was there, customers or employees. The Circle K employee had to get her. I asked why they had not brought my order and she yelled that i had not ordered curbside. Instead of giving me my order, she said to get a refund online! You try to get a refund online. Impossible. I left a voicemail telling them to refund my money. Dont you think they should have done that yesterday when this occured?
