This place is so hit or miss. I’ve had many good experiences with employees but many bad and unfortunately the bad outweighs the amount of good. The young lady working on January 13th 2025 at around 6pm needs a talking. She was extremely unprofessional. She has a decent line of people including myself and treated us like straight garbage. Yelling, eye rolls, sighs, etc. the whole pissy fit. She definitely needs an attitude check and needs to do better at her job

If you have the ability to get a sandwich out in town or have the money to get something else for food… just do it. Just witness a freshly new worker that’s still learning the flow of the job, almost sliced his hand and continues to make a sandwich. Cross contamination with food. Other worker is wearing crocs while working in the back with no socks. Both workers were more focused on their snack than just taking it easy and making the 3 customers sandwiches. Health code must of change but not to this level.

Bad service. Lady was infront of me and had her stuff all ready packed and ready to pay. Instead pf dealing with her the one helping her decided to help me and the other was stacking things leaving this lady. She was ready to pay and leave dont understand why they couldn’t get her checked out and leave and instead helpes me.. bad service. Lady was stansinh fpr 2-4 minutes waiting for me to finish my toppings. Person making sandwiches was slow also. Very very slow. Worst subway I’ve ever been to.

The girl who made my sandwich was very rude and impatient. She used napkins to take out 2 cookies I had ordered. She then proceeded and put the same dirty napkin in my bag for me to use. Disgusted! I also told her light on the mayo and ranch and she slobber it which left my sandwich soggy.
