Went to store located at 1701 Highway 43 North in picayune. I ordered a tuna fish salad in a bowl. Lettuce tomatoes pickles and a couple cucumbers. Didn’t really pay attention, but when I got home and opened the bag to see this $8.68 joke of a salad I received there wasn’t enough food in this small bowl to feed a 4-year-old. I will never go back to this place again. If anyone is looking to get ripped off visit this location. Other than that I would avoid it like the plague.. it doesn’t deserve one star but that was the minimum I could give it.

January 30th 8:30pm the lady working that night refused to dirty up a dish to heat my food up because it was 30 minutes until closing. I am beyond surprised that she basically refused to do her job.

This is the worst subway. Placed an order to be ready at 12:30pm an hour before. When I arrived and checked in on app, I waited for 10 minutes before going in to check on food. I get being busy at lunchtime, but they had no clue what was going on. The dude at register was totally clueless. He asked another employee about diner dash ticket?? Then his light bulb turned on and said oh, here it is and printed my order. It wasn’t even made. I told I would outside waiting. At 1pm, I walked back to check again on food, and still not done. The girl wrapped my sandwich and said here. I took and said thanks. I get home and it wrong. The sandwich literally has mozzarella in the name. How do not make it with mozzarella? I get having to start somewhere with a job, but this place has to stop hiring crackheads that can’t read and don’t care. Called store to let them know, phone just rings and rings. Online customer service is also a joke.

Pitiful service. I suppose service is a thing of the past. When I walked in, there was already one person standing at the counter waiting to be served while one employee was working with the drink dispenser and another was in the back and on two occasions stuck her head out of the door and looked out as to see how many people were standing there. I took a seat while waiting, eventually the girl working with the drink dispenser finished with what she was doing went behind the counter and with little to no enthusiasm asked the gentleman that was already waiting if he could be helped.
