Every time I order online from this specific store, the order is mysteriously not there. Every other Subway location I’ve ordered from, online or not, has never had a problem receiving and making my order.
They will not make it for you, nor refund you, despite showing them proof that you’ve purchased from them at that exact location. They’ll ask you for bank statements and still claim they still never got anything at all.
I think it’s awfully funny that they’re the only location that has this problem. They’re as rude as can be about it as well.

This was a pretty good subway! I was happy with the speed of the service. The employees were good with the portion sizes and asked to make sure you had the correct amount in your sandwich.
The chicken salad is fantastic! The cookies are better elsewhere, but they were still good for the day. Their honey mustard was superb

Smelled heavenly as we entered after church service on Wednesday night. The smell of bread and the perfect temp from a chilly evening made it so inviting. Both the ladies on staff were attentive and pleasant, waiting for us to decide on our meals. We eat here occasionally, but this night was exceptionally well received.

We actually didn’t get to even order. My husband wanted a salad however the lady that was supposed to be helping us was too busy flirting with the gentleman ahead of us so we left. She never addressed us. Poor customer service!

The girl that helped us today was having a hard time with some difficult customers. I didn’t catch her name but she had red hair and she was very nice and patience despite the circumstances.

A couple of Wednesday nights ago now, I called ahead and placed an order for an event we were having at our church that evening. Without hesitation they said no problem. Well there was a slight miscommunication and instead of one platter I ended up with two. But I payed for both even though the store told me I didn’t have to, because it was going to a church function. I’m so glad I got both. Just a couple of half sandwiches were all that was left of those platters.

The guy with 20 name tags on his head DESERVES a raise! And i dont care if he is making 20 per hour he still does. Let me explain. I use this subway all the time and every single time i come in here this guy is a bright light and a breath of fresh air to deal with. He is always so happy and really cares about his customers. The management/owner sound be honored and proud to have this young man represent their store. They simply wont ever find better. Take care of this young man, he goes above and beyond

I’m sorry. But I just had the most rude encounter from a “manager ” I’ve ever had. I was going to pick up some things for a business. She berates me because they called trying to place their order and the employees didn’t answer the phone because they were “busy”. There was only room for 3 people on the line and there was 4 employees. I’m aware that there’s an app that allows you to place the order online. But customer service should still be a thing that happens. This just gave me a bad taste for the store.

Thank you SUBWAY!! Twice a month, I get two foot-long subways Thursday. Parmesan and herbs Italian bread for BMTs. Trio of sliced Italian meats. Choose cheese. Veggies: Spinach, tomatoes, red onions, black olives, banana pepper and bell peppers, they add our sauce. Great complete meal. Eat half, other half packed ice cold in Friday lunch box Our tradition.

Went to buy two large subs – ham and cheese and an Italian bmt on a wrap – the kid puts like four half slices of cheese on the ham and cheese and two half slices on the Italian – I tell him I want more than one piece of cheddar cut in half and he tells me that it will be extra – I told him I wanted another piece of cheese but not paying extra as I am already paying for it – I told him I would just walk out which I did when he refused- nice that subway can turn away business over a piece of cheese over McAllister just opening up down the street from them – I went there
