I travel a lot, and haven’t been in this area much, but I was strongly craving a sub style sandwich. I was elated when I saw this location show up on a search. I’ve been to plenty of Subway’s in my travels, and this was was a great find. The inside of the store is super clean. The person I met there was very helpful with the specials they had going on. They were quick with the preparation of my sandwiches, and had a decent portion on both sandwiches as well. They worked very quickly with me on them, and the whole process went beyond smoothly. I have since been back to this location a couple more times because of how awesome they were initially.

Went in to get a sandwich and the sandwich I ordered required BBQ sauce. The person working tried to put BBQ sauce on the sandwich but the container was empty and instead of stopping and going getting another container he squirt two drops of BBQ sauce on it and that was it. Extremely slow making the sandwiches as well.

Stood at counter. I could see the worker was making sandwiches, most likely for a phone order, which is fine. But it took her about 5 minutes to At least acknowledge I was there saying she would be with me shortly. She did call someone from the back to help. I got a combo meal, asked for a cookie. Paid. She walked off. I had to grab my receipt from the machine.
Got home. No cookie

Subway has always been my favorite place to dine. Especially this new subway because it was always so clean and the service was always exceptionable until… Me and my family. We’re going to order on the app and use our SUBWAY® coupon. The app did not allow me to place the code for this particular restaurant. when ordering inside at the same restaurant, I have always used my coupon and it has always never been a problem until yesterday. The employee that made the sandwiches were very rude. He did not bother to manually. Put in my code for my discount. When calling this morning for the managers information, I was getting the runaround. I will be contacting the corporate office for my refund! Not only did I not be able to use my coupon, but my sandwiches were not made correctly. Very disappointed and irritated.

Our office would order 2-3 times a week. Could be anywhere from 2-4 meals. They stopped taking the $3.coupon. They said they only take $8.99 combo meal. I walked out. Petal Mississippi Subway on Central still takes them if you are wondering.

Absolutely abysmal service! This location needs to be shut down, and whoever was the closing manager on 1/19/25 needs to be fired immediately for shutting the store down 20 minutes early and canceling orders! I’m sure subway corporate would’ve liked the several Uber eats orders they canceled. Absolutely terrible

I have order in-store and online from this location multiple times of the past year and ever time I have been disappointed. On multiple occasion I have tried to stop and get off after work at 6ish pm only to find the store has closed early on one Saturday I stopped by at 2pm and they had already closed. They are frequent out of meat, bead and vegetables. It’s not uncommon to walk in to order only to have to wait for someone to slow walk to the front and with and attitude ask what you want as if it’s not their job to make sandwiches. If you can at all avoid this store please do. Don’t dare order online your sandwich will arrive with the majority or the toppings on the paper it is wrapped it. The works are young and do not care they are making food for people to eat as they make sure it is inedible. Quite possibly the worst subway I have ever been too. How you mess up a sandwich I have no clue but they will find a way here.
