The only reason I’m taking the time to do this review is to praise a certain employee that is always working this location. I don’t recall his name but he has blonde curly hair. He is by far, the nicest, most genuine, most respectful, Subway employee I’ve ever came across. He is the best subway employee of any of the many subways I’ve ever been to. The amount of patience, manners, & respectfulness that this young man has is unmatched. I’m hoping the owner sees this review, please give him a raise. He’s ALWAYS working (far more than any other employee in there) & ALWAYS extremely nice. I’ve encountered him numerous times, I know for as long as he’s been working at this location, & he’s always the best one. PLEASE give him some recognition & praise. Hopefully a raise too.

Always get The Boss sandwich itis supposed to have BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella, and
parmesan cheeses, which they’ve been out of for at least a month. When I asked when they were getting some in they didn’t seem to know. I doubt the manager even has ordered any. I was also told they no longer carry any type of mozzarella but yet they still have pizza. Very disappointed!

if i could rate it a 0 i would, within the past two days, i’ve ordered and spent well over $60 on sandwiches. Lastnight i waited an hour and 45 minutes for a sandwich on doordash and no one would answer for about an hour and when they did i was told i could drive 15 minutes there to pick up my order and it would be ready (this was at 9:45 at night) when i got there they proceed to tell me they can’t fulfill my order then i order today and when i come in to pickup they say they have to make the order right there, they gave me my sandwiches and i went home only to find what looked like a rationed sandwich for my hubby and a thin little chicken bacon sandwich, not even a CBR, just Chicken and bacon, i understand forgetting something but a basic CBR sandwich has ranch automatically, i got nothing on my sandwich that i ordered, do better. Lazy is a real disease..

I went into subway in Union Ms this afternoon to get 3 foot longs. When I walked into subway the employee Abby rolled her eyes at me as soon as I walked into subway. Her Mom Stella whom is the manager at this location began asking me what I wanted I asked for vinaigrette and she said we are out of that. The subs were not for me so I asked what vinaigrette was because I didn’t know and in a very rude way she picked up the bottle of vinaigrette and shook it and said you get this every time. I have never asked for that . She said they were out but it was some in the bottle that she shook at me. Very rude. Subway needs to do better.

Excellent service! Recently ordered 4 platters for a church event and 3 platters for a past church event. Amazing job for both occasions! Had both orders ready for in time for pick up. The sandwiches were great and did not skip on the ingredients!

My husband and I order pretty regularly , and most of the time something we paid extra for was left of our order.. Tonight my husband order a spicy Italian with capicola and other stuff…. The cheese, capicola, sauce, and some of the adding was not on the sandwich pretty sad you spend 8.00 for a sandwich you could have made at home because a order can’t be made correctly.. we will not be returning…

This subway here in Union Ms. Needs to pay attention. The bread isn’t done. The veggies are welted. Seems like the GM manager would come around more. I’ll go 30 miles out of my way to get a sub. What’s sad is it’s 2 miles. Even my family won’t eat at it. We have 5 adults a 1teen ager. They just need to be trained professionally.
