Im a trucker and had drove all night with food available. Been over 24 hours since I ate. I was tired and hungry. And of course the lady making my sub was snappy and rude. The manager was trying to buffer it but truly it shouldn’t be allowed in the first place. I was too exhausted and wore down to snap back. But trust next time miss , I won’t be so kind. I believe it your get treated has you treat others. Yeah Im white , big girl , and probably messy hair. Doesn’t give you any right to treat me fool. You dont want to make a white woman a sandwich then dont work in fast food.

The food was barely decent for one. The biggest thing that made me feel this place descended a 1 was the HORRIBLE costumer service! Right out the gate the lady was rude and disrespectful for NO reason. Not to mention the manager was sitting right there giving an interview and just allowing this behavior to happen. No wonder this place has less than 2 stars! Absolutely terrible. We were here at 9:20 on June 7th if the management would care to correct their employees.

Never been at a subway that takes a lunch and have no one else to serve customers. Looks like the owner is two cheap to hire at least 2 people for late evening shift. Only had 1 person working and they were on her lunch break. Couldn’t order anything. 24years of being on the road Never saw that. If dont have employees to work your business either work it yourself or shut it down. Especially being at a truck stop. ( Mr Fuel /one9 truck stop.

It seems everyone at the subway takes their break at the same time. They shut down for 30 minutes… And they have three employees here! Update, seen a sign posted saying they will charge for extra vegetables, and what that means if the sandwich doesn’t list it on it it’s extra.

Lady running subway was really rude. Refused to serve me at 9pm even though she said it didn’t close till 10. Was to busy helping fuel desk lady chatting and not helping and had the Gaul to tell me pilots subway is 24/7 and to go there instead of doing there job. Store acted very racist toward white people.

Been here at least 2 times aweek over last 3 months always good today horrible. Veggies all looked bad dry rotten. Service was bad didnt have meats ready for lunch or egg still frozen in back girl didnt know what sub seasoning is over rang me just not good will be stopping at pilot up the street hope its better i know in Alabama it is ill start taking break over there after this
