Seldomly do I get the opportunity to make a positive post and brag about someone’s friendliness and great customer services skills. So, we went to this location on 12/21/24 @ around 9:30pm and ordered two sandwiches. There was a young lady there that was awesome. She prepared our sandwiches the way they were described on the menu and they were perfect, not sloppy and falling apart like most and the sandwiches were delicious. On top of that we did dine-in and she asked us how was our food and was everything ok? Something you hardly hear from fast food establishments. I wish I had gotten her name she is definitely a breath of fresh air!

The prices were super high, the quality of the bread didn’t look fresh, they only put three slices of ham on it, it was so transparent that you could see the other side and a slice of cheese that was just as transparent. I was so hungry that I didn’t eat it.

There was only 1 worker at the Subway side in Loves Travel Center. And I have to say. TICO was absolutely phenomenal. For being 1:30 A.M. she was very upbeat, professional, friendly, respectful, helpful, caring, etc. I could go on and on about her service. She was very patient and understanding with me on helping me to figure out what I wanted to eat. And took the time to make suggestions and explain things to me. Her service will have me enjoying my food more now. I don’t really eat Subway hardly anymore these days. Its been about 3 years but something made me go in there. And because of her action today I will come eat more often. Everyone needs an employee like her. She should be a training manager so she can teach other how to be like her. With a nice pay raise of course. Thank you so much TICO

It is one of the worst locations I’ve been to across the USA due to the attitude of the one female employee with glasses. Apparently, Subway takes care of Chester’s chicken orders and cash. Asked for some chicken and got nothing but rolling and a poor attitude. She wouldn’t answer any questions and kept mumbling. Asked if she was ok because something was so wrong but continued with the poor service and walked away with even more attitude.
The manager or supervisor took over, and he took care of everything. Wow, food was good, but the poor attitude left a bad taste. I don’t even know why ???????? Based on the reviews, this has been allowed to go on for a while. I’m not sure why the owner accepts or allows this.

My kids are allergic to pork and this black big girl started my order with an old gloves that she was touching bacon with, and when I asked her nicely to change the gloves before touching my orders, she was all upset and then she started talking to her coworker about me in front of my kids, so I had to leave because of this bad worker

Conveniently located at the corner of hwy 80 and hwy 49 inside the Loves truck stop and it’s available 24 hours a day what more could you ask for… How about the best service ever! No matter who is working they have you covered with the best service, they pay attention to detail making sure you’re sandwich is exactly the way you want it. No matter what time of day you show up they are ready. Wish every business had employees like this subway.

Let me just tell you about this particular visit at Subway at Luvs on highway 80 in Jackson, MS . Alisha Smith and the morning staff was AWESOME. These ladies fixed a huge order for me and my coworkers with every indication detail perfect. Everyone was extremely happy and satisfied. These ladies were so helpful as they answered every question and suggested items to enhance the taste to get the ultimate flavor. After riding around from subway to subway because that’s what we really wanted, I felt really blesses to have encountered this staff. They were pleasant and inviting from the door. I definitely recommend you stop in and get a great meal with excellent customer service. I loved it, I claim it as my go to spot for my Subway anything.♥️♥️♥️
