Laughing at a customer when inquiring on why an order was cancelled is so unprofessional and rude. I was giving this location a chance on our way home but never again. I only am reporting due to his lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer service. If you don’t honor subway deals that’s fine but how to respond to a customer matters. I see why this location is mostly dead during lunch and should have read the other reviews before ordering … my experience echos most of the others. Go to Dogwood or Hugh Ward instead.

Completely horrible all the way around. Over priced compared to the other subways in the area. They don’t have or offer any specialty subs or the sub of the day or promotional subs or deals. Qoute. ” We no have deals. What you want? “

If you like rude workers and higher than average prices, this is your place! I placed an online order for curbside pickup & when I picked it up, the owner/worker told me to “Come inside next time. That was too much work.”Don’t have curbside pickup listed as an option if it’s a problem. I had one bag of food, 2 bottled drinks in a separate bag and 2 fountain drinks… Also, the prices were WAY higher than other Subway restaurants. It was $19.00 for a wrap combo! My son got a footlong steak and cheese combo and it was $21.00!!! I definitely DO NOT recommend this Subway location!

Ya’ll, if I could give this location 0 stars I would. I went in for 3 chocolate chip cookies and paid for the equivalent of 3 cement bricks. Not even putting them in the microwave helped these cookies.
I ended up throwing them away because I was scared to even attempt to digest them. It gives me the impression that those cookies had been sitting up there for at least a few days or weeks. I will not be returning to this location.

This has been my favorite subway for the last 5yrs. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined on my last visit. For the first time, I had to use the restroom, and it completely changed how I viewed this place. I was probably the 2nd or 3rd customer that day and went the restroom, so that means they opened up with a nasty restroom to begin. It was so nasty that I literally had to take a shower as soon as I got home. Couldn’t eat my food because I kept thinking about the employees using that restroom and returning to work!

We pulled up at 6:30 pm and the man inside walked up and it looked like he might’ve locked the door and then he shook his head. The open sign was still on and we saw they don’t close until 8 so we placed our online orders. He came to our car and yelled at us telling us that his computer was down and he couldn’t make the order. We went inside and politely showed him the order and that we paid for it and asked if he could make it. He said no he couldn’t do that because he’s not the owner. He said we needed to cancel the order on our phone. after I repeatedly said there’s no option to do so I asked if he could call the owner and ask him what to do. He said no he’s in the hospital. He said there was no one he could call. When we didn’t leave, he finally refunded ONE of us. We placed two separate orders. He said we shouldn’t order online without checking first. So I just lost money

This place is bad all around. When I ate here the first time I literally had one slice of both meats on my sub. I could’ve picked up the whole sub with my pinky it was that light. Also, my husband went to order online at another Subway and mistakenly ordered at this Subway and they refused to give us a refund nor a gift card and our total purchase was 25 dollars. Don’t waste your time going here. Will be contacting corporate. If I could I would give them no stars.

I eat Subway about 10 times a month. First time trying this one. There was almost no meat on my sandwich. Their prices are $3 more than where I live. So my sandwich was about $15 with little to no meat on it. Very disappointed and will not return or recommend to friends.
