They refuse to accept coupons at this location. The sandwich was not good at all. Chicken tasted old and sandwich was very dry. The only plus I can give is the man was at least willing to cut up the onions and peppers some more for me. For that I’m grateful. I will not be going back to this store or the one in Florence. One more Subway store left in my area to try then it’s no more Subway. God please help them.

Knats flying all around the line of food. The guy working tonight is sitting down on his phone and the instead of closing the window above the food it’s wide open. And to top it off he’s making my sandwich on a dine in serving tray. I had to come back and edit this review to add: the bread was hard as a brick. Ive worked at subway before and that bread definitely wasn’t fresh and was from the previous day. This is the wordy subway!!

Had the pleasure of being somewhat greeted by an aggrivated older sandwich artist. He informed me that in order for me to get a kids size cup of ice (no drink was needed I eat ice alone as it is) ,it would be the price of one full size drink. Times have changed especially seeing as I used to eat here almost everyday.

A great place to eat. I had a horrible experience at another subway location and was hesitant to try other locations but this subway changed my mind. This location staff was friendly, engaging, and most importantly delivered great food and in quick time. I would highly recommend this subway location

Tiny portions on salads and questionable sanitary practices. Watched the owner scrape lettuce off the prep surface and put it back in the tray while I was standing there.

place was clean. but someone told me they don’t use the proper cleaning supplies. last time i came back in everything was great. custom service was pretty rude this go around. amber is a fantastic worker thought. she was super nice. they need more help from the looks.. amber is the only one who was making sandwiches, with no help. while i think the owners were just standing there not helping when she had a big line. and just letting her struggle. i did not like that. but other then that if it wasn’t for amber. i probably would’ve turned out and left but if she’s ever working i’ll most definitely will be back for her service.

Noting looks even remotely fresh. I got a sub and am scared to even take a bite. I should have told her nevermind when she was making it. I guarantee they use old and expired toppings. The black olives were just one big container of light brown MUSH. The tomatoes were translucent along with the lettuce, so you know that stuff is expired. I should have just made the drive to Pearl!!!! The subways in Pearl are great, so make the drive to Pearl!!!

Zero stars. This is absolutely the worst Subway I have ever experienced. Not one single item was remotely close to fresh. I got home took one bite and threw the whole thing away. I wouldn’t serve this sandwich to a prisoner, an enemy even. I can’t understand how a place like this is even still in business. Do not waste your money it is not worth it. I unfortunately read the reviews after I had gone.

The sandwich artist messed up on 2 footlong sandwiches $27 worth of food. Refuses to make it right and blames me when I know exactly what I ordered. Horrible customer service. Hung the phone up when tried to call and again refused to correct sandwiches. Will call franchise owner and corporate.
