This was one of the best Subway visits I’ve had in a long time! The staff was super friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and it was nice and cool inside. The bread and ingredients were all fresh, and I really appreciated the extra care from the sandwich artist—labeling each sandwich, providing plenty of napkins, and even giving us a large bag so everything fit comfortably.
So many other locations squeeze multiple sandwiches into tiny bags without labels, which is so inconvenient when ordering for several people. This location really went the extra mile to make things easy and I really appreciate that. Thank you for the great service!

This is the cleanest subway around! The workers never have an attitude….are fast and attentive! I drive from afar to come here when I have a subway 0.5 miles from my house. This one is 15 minutes & I do not mind at all! The food is always the freshest !! & I also love how the meat is consistent! It’s cut to the right thickness, I love it here! My favorite subway!

When I visited the restaurant earlier this week I used a coupon to purchase a wrap and it was honored. I came back a few days later to make the exact same purchase and the manger told me I could not use a coupon for the wrap. I told her I used it earlier this week so why couldn’t I use it, she asked me who was the cashier that took the coupon and I told her I couldn’t remember. She restated I couldn’t use the coupon for the wrap and I told her well I didn’t want it. She responded by telling me not to come back to that store anymore. I feel she was totally wrong as a manager for telling me this because not one time was I rude or anything. I was always told the customer is always right!!!

The Manger, Ms. Patel was very rude. She has an attitude problem and shouldn’t be working with the public. She complained and argued with me, because I wanted more veggies on my sandwich. I guess she didn’t want to add more, so she gets loud and stated that she knew how to make a sandwich and that she already put enough veggies. She also said that when you place your order online, that you don’t get to tell her how to fix it. She fixes it how she wants. I told her that even with an online order there is an option to add more veggies and that I should have my sandwich fixed the way I like it. I was already at the store, sitting in my car when I placed my order. So she was about to start fixing it when I walked in. I requested a refund and when she refused, I called the police. They told me that they couldn’t make her refund the money, because it’s a civil issue. I asked for Coorperate’s number and was given the wrong number. She purposely gave the police the wrong number. All she had to do was refund my money. Instead I’m having to call different numbers to get a refund and all I get are recordings. The older lady that worked there could care less and wasn’t mush help. No one deserves to be treated this way.

This is the third store I have gone to since moving back from Florida. Unless there’s something different here why are they so stingy with the ingredients. I drove out of my way to avoid Byram and still had the same experience at this location. If you have to ration the food then you need to close or change the prices. I mentioned this to some co-workers and they started going to places like Fire House Subs. Crazy. I’ll upload a picture of the sandwich.
