The sandwich maker doesn’t give you the things you asked for on your sandwich and will say that she did to avoid adding on. Overall her attitude was professional and rude at the same time. I recommend that you stop by and remember that all staff members aren’t like others! Overall try the food it’s great. The All American Club is great!

It’s sub par even for Subway. It’s run by a family and obviously English is not their first language. Both orders were wrong even after trying to communicate the issue. I gave up and left with the wrong food, it wasn’t worth my time to keep trying to teach them English. I will have to say the bread was fresh but the vegetables looked to be far from fresh. I regret stopping there now. It was busy after I gave my order and the person behind the counter was either new or overwhelmed quickly. If you want a sub and you want it done correctly, find another place. This, like most fast food in Jackson leaves a LOT to be desired.

Be prepared for signs like this. This store is one of a few not accepting corporate sent coupons. If you do decide to eat at this location, be prepared to order very patiently because the lady (probably owner) acts as if she is not happy to make a sandwich for you. Also, they are very skimpy on the toppings for the sub. They definitely act very displeased if you ask for a little more on your sub- way to go with “have it your way” !

Today I ordered potato soup that came out the fridge cold placed in the microwave for a short time that left tge soup Simi cold and lumpy. The Indian lady refused to give me a new one. Terrible service.

The Indian young man who always waits on us, is extremely nasty!!! He has no manners what so ever, and i would encourage the public to boycott this location!!! No one should be mistreated when they’re spending their money, Subway isn’t that good. Try another location, until the owners can learn how to treat the public. Especially the African American community.

Tired of going to these fast food places now and the prices are just ridiculous. Companies overcharging and just right out inflation because they can. I got a sandwich wrap and it was almost $11.00 by itself with nothing else to go with it and 3 cookies use to be 3/.99 now it’s $2.17 . It’s a rip off everywhere you go.

Just left this location and I’m disgusted!! The Indian lady came from the back, DID NOT WASH HER HANDS, and started fixing sandwiches! Another customer and myself asked her was she going to wash her hands and she kept right on making sandwiches. Just plain nasty! I so politely turned around and left. I will not utilize this location again!

Nobody at the counter had to yell HELLO five times just to get service. Nothing was ready/prepped no Italian herb bread and no cookies. Real stingy with toppings only one black lady behind counter just a mess altogether. 0/10
