I had a great meal with great service; I accidentally spilt fountain drink all over the area (greyhound layover I was rushing). I called the store to apologize and a nice African American lady picked up the phone and she was very nice . If I’m here again this will be my go to ❤️ (and I won’t spill my drink next time). Love to MS from a FL traveler.

Before the new owners took over in 2024, it was a good place with great service. Now I order 30 min ahead and it’s still not ready when I get there and then today they got my order wrong – I don’t see how because I order same exact thing every time. There was no lettuce and no cheese on the sandwich and it was drowning in mayo – it is not edible. My first bite ended with about 2 tablespoons worth of may dropping out of the side (of just the half I was eating) – this will be my LAST visit to this location. Others in my office have noted the same problems and have also said they’re not going back to this location. Sad too because it and chick fil an are the only two restaurants in our building – and even though I love chick fil a – I don’t want it every single day. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother ordering from this location.

I know people who handle dirty money (cash, coins and credit cards) should not handle your food. That makes sense. But when the lone person assigned to making sandwiches takes several minutes per AND there are 10+ people in line AND the cashier could simply wash their hands and come help rather than stand around picking their nose…
You get the idea.
Subway isn’t worth a 20 minute wait. Hell, it isn’t worth a 1 minute wait.
It’s interesting to me how little some employees care when the manager/owner isn’t around. It takes 2 IQ points to see that help is needed. But it also take a “give a $h!t” meter > 0 to become proactive.
I simply cannot give business to this location.

This chain has a limited menu but what they do make, they make well. I just love the smell of their bread baking, fresh in the store each day.
Today they were especially busy, some convention of High School students here in the Capitol, but despite 20 people in front of me, the line moved quickly and soon I was enjoying my BMT.
Probably the only think I’d like better would be if they had longer hours (they close at 4:00pm!) but that’s got to be more about the lack of any nightlife downtown than with this particular restaurant.

This review is for the 210 E. Capitol Street location in the Regions building in Jackson, MS.
I went to this Subway today to get a sandwich combo. There were several others in line ahead of me waiting to get sandwiches. One of the workers, Chasity (sp?) got sick, so the other woman in there decided she didn’t want to deal with the lunch crowd on her own, so she closed up shop for the day. Her manager, Jacob, wasn’t even here to authorize her actions. It seems to me that anyone who works at an establishment such as this should be willing to go above and beyond for the benefit of the customers and the employer. The woman who closed the store for the day today was not willing to do that. That is very bad for business. There’s no telling how much she cost this Subway today. I and another lady who was in line at this Subway ended up going to the Chick-Fil-A, where we received much better service.

This Subway location leaves a lot to be desired. I have been here about 4 times and each time they have been out of something very basic, i.e., condiments. Further while I know they are busy being in a building the employees are quite rude. If you ahvr the option I highly recommend walking about 2 blocks to the Subway off of Pearl. It is leaps and bounds better.

Sitting in here waiting on meatballs to be “ready” for over an hour now. This place opened up at 9 and it’s going on 10 30. The woman that opened up didn’t say any kind of greeting. No, she was talking on her phone and instead, after finishing what she was saying into her Bluetooth, she said “you must want a drink cause I don’t got nothing else ready right now.

Ordered a roast beef sandwich. The sandwich maker put only three slices of roast beef in my sandwich- as if the roast beef slices were coming out of his paycheck.
