We had a sad experience at this subway. The ladies preparing the sandwiches were very kind but the manager charged us incorrectly and wouldn’t change it. I tried to talk it out with her but it was clear she wasn’t interested in customer service. We left quietly but I wouldn’t recommend this location, unfortunately.
Also, after we got on the road we tasted the drink we received. It was tea but fermented.

Definitely need help, clearly yall can’t do it by yourselves when it’s high traffic. 6 inch with 4 slices of meat and the lady fixed food for 6 people with the same gloves …while touching the oven and condiments…had to come back and comment that …the cashier forgot my daughter 2 cookies after she said they were in the bag. So we went back and the young lady was very nonchalant..handed me the cookies like it’s my fault and she didn’t say sorry or anything.

We love subway however this location fell short. The 2 girls working spoke very little english and were very lost. This caused the line ahead of us to be very angry and customers were walking out without ordering. It took us 35 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. So what we thought would be a quick bite to eat while traveling turned into an hour stop.

Horrible customer service with the manager i placed a online order with the drink I get everyday I went into the store manager told me they don’t have them drinks they never sold them but I always got them. I asked for a refund manager giving me the run around called back to see one of the worker stated the manager has left and told me come back tomorrow because nobody know how to do it

Very dissatisfied. Definitely not going back. Very skimpy on topping for your sandwich had to ask several times for extra. My turkey slices were paper thin (not standard subway turkey) so I had to pay for extra meat. Still didn’t eat all of it. It just tasted old. We were traveling so we were already on the road. Was not about to waste gas for them to say they would remake it.

Twice in a 2 month period. They cheat you on the meat here.
They charge for “deluxe” and “extra meat” but they give you the same amount either way.

I’ve been to this one probably 7-8x’s in the past month and have always thought the service was good. Last night however I went gave my order everything was going normal until I went to check out. It was someone new behind the register and I don’t know if it was because it was a long shift maybe (it was about 6:15pm), or it was her first day and she was stressed but I felt like she could have been a bit nicer and said things differently. The tone she had with me gave me a red flag. So I won’t be back to this location for awhile after this experience.

Horrible experience!!!! Paid twice for the same sandwich. They tried to play like it didn’t go through on the first charge. Tried to tell them it went through I saw it say approved then inserted a different card when they assured me it did not. Checked my accounts, both cards were charged. SCAMMERS!!!! There’s another subway in Vicksburg on halls ferry not as close for some. But haven’t had the same issue there. They did not give me my money back and told me to come back in the morning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ON CLAY STREET.
