Gave them a second chance but I will never give this subway location another dime. The workers are very rude and they act like placing an order is a big inconvenience to them. The people ahead of me were walking around the store while the worker was asking her what she wanted on her sandwich, yet i stood there patiently. I wasn’t even finished placing my order before they were telling me what I owed them. I tried to tell them I needed something else and one of the rude lady’s told me I should have told her when I was telling her what I wanted on the first sandwich. She got an attitude so I told her I didn’t need it, paid for my order and left.

I tried this Subway 3 times too many. As my food gets fixed my jaw is on the floor from being so discustingly amazed at how this one is ran. I’ve been to the best of the best Subways out of MS. If the people on the line don’t know how to run the place you know the Managers don’t. I wish I would have shown how all the crumbs were just sitting on the counter where the sandwiches are made. They never pause to clean up nor take the trash out. Please y’all go out of Natchez to see the best of Subway then you know what fresh really is.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. This place is ridiculous. The lady rung me up wrong and then got mad at me for telling her. It’s not my fault you couldn’t do your job. Very disappointed and aggravating and then wouldn’t give me the refund. The guy building my sandwich picked his phone up with his gloves on and then didn’t change the gloves. Very nasty. The owner really needs to get this crew together.

Amazing as always. Not sure who was working the night of 7-6-24 but both of them were extremely patient and nice. Only thing they put tomato on my sandwich when I said none (I ordered on the app) But it was no big deal i just took it off. But seriously very sweet people

Service was slow but it was not the girl. There’s fault she was the only one in the store which was ridiculous considering the number of people in there. But she took time with each customer and made their sandwiches exactly how they asked and it was very good

While the manager sat to chat with what looked to be the owner or corporate sitting and chatting 2 of the 3 employees started making numerous sandwhich orders as they came in, no regard to the que/line. 10min wait and the cashier finally decides she too works here. How can you mess up a sub turned salad, oh the many ways. I won’t waste time because after 30 min of waiting,being 3rd in line. THIS WAS A JOKE. SAD, SAD ESTABLISHMENT.

We visited 2/23/19 for a late lunch. We arrived at the same time as two large groups so it took awhile to get through the line and get our order. They could have used an extra staff member for the crowd. That aside, the bathroom and dining room was immaculate and modern. The food was delicious as always
