I’m not too particularly impressed with this Subway location. Their pocket sandwiches are preset up with certain items that don’t allow substitution but you would think you could at least get salt added on it if you ask for it! This one gets a negative review in my view. The atmosphere was not even friendly so we got it as takeout and ate it outside in the car. By the way, no public restroom in this store.

Attention CORPORATE OR OWNERS: This location has no working air conditioning or someone who works there likes the heat on 85. Very unpleasant to stand or eating in this store. I did an online order the meal of the day Tuna 6inch sub. The wrapper was cut in half like they were running out of wrappers . The sub only had tuna on one end of the 6inch. And the drink fountain wasn’t working properly. They did get my order correct. I truly hate to give such negative reviews. Surely corporate can do better with this franchise!!

Finally leaving a review after years.ill start this off saying I’ve called corporate on this store before. Nothing the workers did. I went in and the AC wasn’t working but the owners had these folks working anyway. They fixed the ac and I haven’t really been back in a while. Recently I’ve started going again and they’ve been great. Tonight we did a late night app order and, unfortunately they were out of things. I’ve worked food service, these things happen and in our tech age w/ online orders that’s hard to convey. Tonight that happened with my families order. My wife called me to let me know that all the things I ordered were effected A lady named Raven was trying to help and we got it all figured out over the phone with zero problems. Raven and her coworker were great and did everything they could to help. Just figured some local folks could use some recognition

Ignore these other reviews. Had a very nice conversation with a lady with a SpongeBob tattoo from Magee.She was very patient with us when our card started acting up and was super friendly with the people that came in after us as well. Also very nice they have completely redone the inside.She deserves a raise friendliest fast food employee I’ve met in a while!

I went in for a buy one get one free today and you are basically paying for both. It does not say on the sign that you have to purchase a drink that is $4.99 that was flat. That should be stated on the sign also. I almost walked out and let them keep it. The Staff was soooo rude and real snappy. They look like they are mad at the world. Very terrible experience. I will never go back……
