When the app said it was ready, I went back in, but the order wasn’t there. I asked her again, and she said she wasn’t making it for me and told me to cancel it and get a refund through the app. The problem is she marked it as “ready,” so I couldn’t cancel or get my money back.
We even tried talking to other staff, but she refused to help and kept being rude. I left without my food and without a refund. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a place — I hope management sees this and does something about it.
Something that is supposed to make your life easy have me a lot of headache. Terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it.
My attempts to alert staff by knocking and calling were met with no response until nearly 40 minutes later when I received a text message from a personal cell phone of one of the employees TAMAKA FLETCHER saying my sandwich had been prepared. By this time, it was already 9:55 PM.
Considering your store’s closing time is advertised as 10 PM, I was stunned that it would be closed at 9:17 PM. When I then asked for a refund and cancellation due to the inconvenience, I was met with silence.
This level of service is entirely unacceptable. I am left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, especially as my only intent was to enjoy a straightforward meal before heading to work. The lack of professionalism and communication has left a sour taste in my mouth. I have screenshots and pictures
I intend to escalate this complaint to your corporate offices and, if necessary, will involve the Better Business Bureau. All I ask for is a simple resolution – a full refund for my order.
