If you are traveling do not stop at this subway or exit. It is one of the worst customer service exits. The people are rude, disrespectful, ill mannered, and have a distasteful attitude towards certain other human beings. We have stopped a few times over the past few months and we have had 1 good experience, and multiple unpleasant/bad experiences in the way we have been treated and talked to like dogs. The attendants do not work to do a good job. If you do stop here, it is a gamble and definitely hit or miss on a slightly good experience – I wish you the best!

My meal was never delivered despite a phone call asking for my gate code and telling me it was on porch. It was not and is not. After 7 attempts to get someone to answer phone along with 7 messages my husband has driven to store. This is a small town and this small counter is pretty useless unless you just want to pay to get no food. I would give it a 0 but that is not an option.

i placed an order for pickup online and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. When i walked in I was greeted and I was in and out within 5 minutes. the service was good, but the food is AMAZING. this subway puts all the other subways in this area to shame. My bread was fresh and fluffy, the vegetables were fresh, and the meat tasted brand new! definitely recommend

Today I visited this Subway for the first time. I was highly impressed with *Denise*. She was the only worker available and very efficient. The entire place was clean, organized, and even the cold bar was exceptionally neat and stocked. Before leaving the store and her a positive review, I decided to sit out front and observe her in order to verify how much pride she takes in her job. Even when customers was absent she continually wiped and cleaned. I never leave long reviews so take my word when I say…this girl deserves a raise!

First visit in a while, me and my wife was very impressed of new menu. We decided on build your own sub on menu. We both had the chicken which was a nice big portion of chicken on cheese bread with almost everything added, chipotle sauce is a must, great stuff. Let me tell you, they made these two foot long subs perfect. Best subs I have ever ate from subway. Clinton and Justin was the two responsible for the perfect subs. These two employees had the best attitude that I ever had from a subway, ever. Almost like they known exactly what you wanted on it. Thumbs up to you two. GIVE THESE TWO A RAISE IN PAY, and appreciate you have employees like these two. Don’t let them get away and I will be back soon with definitely more orders. Great job Clinton and Justin and Subway.

Hazlehurst postal service always delivering coupons but this subway decided that they do not take coupons. They should put up a sign saying that so people can decide to go elsewhere. They fixed my sandwich, and I presented a coupon and they said they don’t take coupons so I told them to eat the sandwich. So whenever you are in Hazlehurst do not eat here or order a sandwich and give them a coupon. If they don’t take it tell them to eat the sandwich. I am sure after eating so many they will either be fat or out of business lol

So got off work and arrived at Subway located at the blue bird gas station at 10:48. Both the light up sign and the hours sign on the door indicated they were open until 12 midnight…. But door was locked and girl behind the counter said they were closed. Had to drive out of my way to get there. I will never do business here simply because of that.
