New owners and they do NOT add enough toppings to your sandwich. Sandwiches always thin and not worth the price. The one in Walmart just as worse.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This place has new owners(foreign) they don’t take all subway coupons just certain ones. They don’t understand what you’re asking for and they don’t speak very good English. The prices have went up. I would advise you to go to subway inside of Walmart.

Corporate complaint page doesn’t work on Subway.com. Below is what I plan to send if I can get it to work.
This is the second time I have had issues with my order. The first being that a friend of mine and I had gotten our orders through the app. She found a piece of metal from a steel brush in her sandwich and I found some form of paper from packaging in mine. We tried to be understanding and knew that sometimes these things happen. However, yesterday my order was completely messed up. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. I didn’t check my salad before I left. When I got back to work, the lettuce in my salad was brown and the pieces were soggy. My salad was also missing several ingredients, including the grilled chicken. This is not worth the money I am paying for it, but it is also frustrating because I can’t leave work to take it back and fix it. I wasted the time on my break, and then had nothing suitable to eat besides a few cucumbers, tomatoes, and slices of provolone cheese covered in ranch.

I know it has nothing to do with employees because the employees here today were very nice! But the owner needs to come and either take charge or sell out. Because nothing is ever in stock. These poor employees get yelled at bc there is never anything in stock. I’ve been refunded so much money just because they do not have salad bowls.

This franchise does not accept mailed coupons except for the lowest priced subs. Also the workers with long hair need to have it pulled up since it almost touches the food, and it probably has at some point.

I worked at a subway for about 4-5 months and I know the routine like the back of my hand. But today me and my fiancé went and got sandwiches and the lady behind the line was unbearably rude and snappy. And I know the new sandwiches that came out and I know how to make them, she messed up the entire sandwich, forgot to put one of the meats that goes on it and she didn’t care when I told her about it, ontop of that she toasted it after I told her I didn’t want it toasted. The sandwich was still really good, but the attitude and the way she just slapped everything on the bread was absolutely rediculous, and it looked like none of the tables had been wiped for at least 2-3 days. Absolutely rediculous but sandwiches were still really good

They never answer when you call and this location isn’t even a Subway…there’s a GNC gas station or something, in the place where Google says this Subway is supposed to be.
Someone needs to update the location so that it is correct/more specific and the phone number If it’s wrong…If the number is not wrong, it would be nice for someone to pick up.

I noticed a Burger King just down the street, I’ll go there next time so you won’t have to WORK. You really need to stay home and let someone who WANTS to work have a job.
