Put an online order and it was at the wrong location. So I called the location to get it canceled and the number listed is wrong and so I figured they would cancel it if I didn’t pick it up. So I wake up Sunday 02/01/2026 and no they picked it up and charged me. I went up to the location and the girl informed me that she couldn’t do anything about it and she couldn’t help me. So they took my money and still haven’t refunded it. Be careful people they steal your money when you don’t show up to get your meal. Make sure they don’t take your money too. I will not be back and neither will my family or friends

The employees are super kind, friendly and nice! This particular location is right up the road from my work. They’re excellent at preparing my favorites and I’m in and out in no time and back to work. I love this spot!

I feel like there is a bit of favoritism/racism as I went up inside of this subway to get a sub as I tried the one my friend always get as it’s required to be double toasted the first time I went with her and she got it they double toasted the sandwich, I went after that and for some reason the sandwich cant be double toasted. Yesterday I went with the same girl and they double toasted her sandwich and it’s like the atmosphere was weird but yeah will not be ordering from there ever again as the manager always seems to have a stick in her behind.

This kitchen counter is not something a customer wants to see when they first walk in there. There’s a salami inside the tuna. The cheese is thrown all into the crab meat. There’s cheese wrapper and those small containers for condiments on the side are inside the mozzarella. The two people at the cashier didn’t even greet us when we came in….

I typically do not like making bad reviews, but I think I should for this..
I went to get two sandwiches, and was asked by a girl named nilyah if we wanted toasted or regular bread. When we said toasted- they took out “toasted bread” from the cart. Perhaps they pre toasted but that meant it was all stale and cold… defeats the purpose. When asked what cheese, we said pepper jack and while one got pepper jack, the other was just regular American cheese. They made one sandwich completely wrong and instead of making a new sandwich, they just took the meat off, and put new meat and stuff on- then told us if we would burn the bread if we wanted it retoasted. We asked why we couldn’t get new bread and she said she didn’t want to waste the bread… we should have walked out but after a long road trip, we were just hungry. Afterwards, little things like no drinks were good and all flat- sweet tea was unsweetened, my sandwich was stale and my cheese wasn’t melted and it was all cold. (so it was not toasted…). I understand this is just a fast food restaurant, but we paid $25 for two stale cold sandwiches that we specifically asked to be toasted. And reusing the same bread that you messed up on was honestly really unsanitary.

Great atmosphere very very very clean store, although wear a jacket when you go in because it is cold, and the staff is absolutely awesome friendly kind greeted us when we went in. Greeted us when we left.

I came in and got in line. There was a young man in front of me that was getting his sandwich made. I had been waiting in line for about 5-10 minutes then an online order rang in on the POS. The young lady working proceeded to make the online order in front of me while I had been waiting in line for 5-10 mins before the online order even rang in. Finally after the online order was made she began to make mine and per usual, they were out of multiple veggies- normally including banana peppers and jalapeños. I understand if the truck didn’t bring the food or is coming the next day, but this store simply just doesn’t prep anything once they run out on the line, and this is not an assumption because as I was being rang up I could see an entire box of banana peppers on the bottom shelf in the back. Pure laziness, it takes all of 5 minutes to drain the juice off the banana peppers and put them in the dish and then on the line. I don’t know if this place is just not training employees correctly or what, But it’s honestly sad.

I always come here on my lunch break. The sandwiches and cookies always fresh. I love the manager and her daughter both have great customer services. I come here so much they know me. My subway family BEST SUBWAY in town!
