The girls that work there are always rude and seem miserable. I get this isn’t a dream job, but I shouldn’t feel bad for using your services. Especially when I simply grab my order and go. Can’t order online because they will not contact you when they are out of half of their toppings. Legit got a sandwich of mayo, cheese, and spinach one time they were so low stock in everything. They don’t clean properly at their station and cross contaminate food even when you tell them you have health issues. This last order caused me to go into a complete GI flare up. Never eating there again. Don’t waste your money. (Will also be reporting to corporate)

terrible place to get food. ordered in the app multiple times and every time and it is always an issue. this time they got one girl with a attitude working and didn’t give me a drink with my order that i payed for already then walked off and i told her it was supposed to be a drink with the order and she says “our fountain down you can get a bottle” then get home and the two cookies i ordered weren’t in the bag. not to me mention the awful parking lot they have with potholes you can’t help but drive through because they’re everywhere. terrible place terrible people terrible atmosphere. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Bro I walked in at 9:36 all I wanted was 2 sandwiches honestly. I would have made the sandwiches myself, but even though they close at 10:00 and the open sign was on I was told they were closed like really.

The place is newly updated. We were there around 2 pm on a Saturday and were fourth in line. Service was slow. I saw three workers. One was working, one wasn’t, and one tried to look busy. Food supplies were low. Bread was almost out and toppings were slim. The toppings available were lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The other containers needed to be refilled. The toppings area was messy. Tables needed to be wiped off. The club sub with tomatoes was good but I would have appreciated more options. I think the staff was unmotivated to do a good job.

The issue with this specific establishment is not the quality of the food, the cleanliness or friendliness of the staff- it’s the Ownership which does not allow for coupons for customers of any type (he owns the property and thus is legally able to refuse to validate any corporate coupons or specials ) and treats the employees very poorly, up to taking the tips from them for himself . I will not likely go back to this location or the Greenwood and Grenada locations that he owns. He is an avaricious dude and makes the probability that I’ll ever return next-to-none.

The food was good but the service was terrible, definitely not coming back to this one. One girl was new and the other workers were very rude to her and making fun of her in front of customers ( which was very unprofessional). The new girl was very sweet and kind, I could tell she was new but should have never been treated that way! Everybody has a bad first day!

Food- paid over $10 for a 6” sub, turns out they are now 3” not 6”. Server said “it be the bread is why it now 3inches”. Maybe had 3 pieces of meat, and I got the Philly outlaw.
Atmosphere- kinda ok. Still crumbs on tables. Fountain area messy.
Last time I will ever spend a penny at this Winona location.

That one I gave..they don’t deserve that.Well I visited subway today …trying to get something a little healthier than a greasy burger,chicken or fries. It was one worker sweeping the floor. She called another worker to assist me with my order . She came from the back looked at me and went to the back .didn’t greet me,or say I will be back or nothing . So one came up put condiments out didn’t say nothing looked me in my face and went to the back I left . These fast food employers needs to check and teach these employees about customer service. I worked in the industry before and I wouldn’t treat a dog like that. Employees really need attitude adjustment.

Its best not to order online. They will mess your order up then when you call and complain the Manger (June) wish to get an attitude. She told me ” the owner is Indian and he don’t care so why should she” bad customer service.

This was the first time I’ve eaten at subway in 5 years. There is no more $5 foot longs. The one I had was $12. Was shocked. It was good but honestly the meat was skimpy.
