Although the food was delicious, the attitude of the server was ridiculous and I’ll never ever go there again…. I ordered a foot long sandwich and he only put about three or four olives on it and I said those aren’t enough olives and he said it only supposed to have three on a footlong sandwich…. Really???? Are you serious??? I’ve never been to any subway that only puts theee to four anything on the sub….I wanted the combo with chips and cookies and he told me I had to choose, I said I want them both, I’ll pay the extra… And he held my change until he gave me my food and then tried to show me in a book where it’s only supposed to be three olive on a footlong…. I told him I didn’t wanna see it. And he said the next time you come back you’ll know, I said there won’t be a next time because I’ll never come in nor order on line ever again… and my friend that I was with didn’t say anything to him, just standing on the side waiting on me and he started with her…. He was rude and very unprofessional and he talked about us to another group of people before and after we exited the building…..the subway in Watervalley has definitely lost me as a customer indefinitely.

The owners are so friendly! The inside is always clean, bathrooms are always clean and back behind the counter you can see it’s very clean and organized. Everything is always fresh definitely the best subway I’ve been to!

Was refused service because I had a service dog. I was yelled at and embarrassed the other day when I arrived with my service animal. I explained multiple times she was a service animal and even tried to show the owner her ID card and he still refused me service. A police report has been made and corporate has been contacted.
He even had the audacity to say, why would you bring a dog into a restaurant and I explained again that she is a service animal.

The food is great but their accents are difficult to understand and they dont seem to understand me either. They are rude. I just wish they spoke more clearly. They also will add things before asking, especially cheese. They always want to add American when I say pepper jack.

I was visiting from out of town and stopped by this Subway just before leaving. I was completely blown away. I always order the same sandwich and this subway ended up making it 100xs better than the others. I knew it was going to be good by how clean and fresh the ingredients were. Worker was friendly and efficient. I liked it so much that I craved it the next day in my hometown. Night and day difference though.

Wow, this place is absolutely fantastic! The service is consistently top-notch friendly, efficient, and always with a smile. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome. If you’re in Water Valley and craving delicious sandwiches (or even some mouthwatering sweets), you have to stop by. Highly recommend!

Charges 2.50 extra for more than 4 vegetables due to vegetable shortage. Does not accept any coupons.
UPDATE- the owner no longer charges me for the vegetables. But now he demands I tip for his good service. Now I sit for the elderly and they request a sandwich some times. I told the owner its not my money to tip, im sorry. He yells at me in front of other customers that I needed to ask for more money from them to tip. I simply walked out, while he was still yelling.

one of the cleanest subways i’ve ever been in, they never get the order wrong and use the freshest ingredients. the man and woman that run this subway are some of the kindest folks there are, always so nice and polite even when it’s busy or you come in late. my favorite subway and the only people i trust to make my food!!

I order online from this subway often, because I’m confident my order will be correct. I also specify if I want more toppings. Meat and cheese are extra, but this is normal of all locations I’ve been to.
