I stopped in today for lunch and when I say I was impressed by the two gorgeous young ladies working I mean I was IMPRESSED!! They were so professional, polite, and positive!! I definitely will be back because the sub was delicious!! Great job sweeties

12/3/23, I paid $7.07 from the Houston subway for a child size pizza. It was 4.25 on the app for a spicy Italian . The rep said because it is privately owned, they don’t participate! I let her know that I am aware of that. Privately owned stores have different prices, but the app pulls each location, their menu and who participates in the specials . Avoid all flatizzas from this store! People this is not worth 7.00!

Every time my mother in law take my daughter in to get her a pizza . Jamie refuses to make it they way my daughter and my mother in law ask for . We have never had a problem with getting it made the way she gets her pizza until Jamie came . This is the 2 time she has refused to make her food like she wants it. The employee made it tonight and it was still made wrong bc they won’t do it like she ask for . And when I let the owner know what’s going on she apologized the first time and said she was going to let her crew know make the food the way the guest wants it . Jamie still keeps refusing to make it. It’s getting to the point we don’t want to go there no more and we love subway.

We go in to get a drink and the employees are talking about they didn’t pass inspection bc of a cooler. Why would u say that when it’s customers in building. Don’t know what was wrong with cooler but I’ve been in management and u just don’t do that.

To keep from blocking the drive through window I parked and called my order in. I was told they didn’t have time to take my order cause they was to busy inside. 1 couple was there. 2 people. But they was to busy. And to top it off when I did get to put my order in they somehow lost my order. You must not be able to order your sandwich the way you want it cause they don’t sale this and that anymore. This would be a great place for a sandwich shop. Want be back at this subway. We will be going to a place the servers aren’t so rude

The worker who took my order acted as if she’d rather be anywhere else besides helping customers. She was rude and was annoyed if I asked a question. The teenage girl who finished my sandwich and rang up my order was friendly and polite. I ordered the cold cuts sandwich, and it was horrible. I should have ordered something else. All in all, Subway was NOT a good experience for me.
