As I entered the restaurant, there was one customer ordering. One employee was assisting the customer, and the other employee was wiping down and cleaning behind the counter. Both of the employees were very friendly and really seemed to be enjoying their job. The service was excellent. As I was deciding what to order another customer came in. I allowed her to go ahead of me. The employee was fixing her sandwich and asking me what I wanted on mine all at the same time. She was very proficient and had no problem remembering what I wanted on my sandwich as I told her while she was preparing the other sandwich. I ordered the ultimate BMT, and it was prepared wonderfully and tasted great. They were quick, friendly, efficient, and conscious of their work space being clean. These are traits that I often do not see even in what are considered to be nice restaurants. Job well done . They both deserve a raise in my book. The restaurant was clean, from the drink station throughout the entire dining area. I will definitely be back here!

I called to report uncooked bacon and the lady got an attitude stating that they don’t cook the bacon if you order a cold sandwich. Then when I was trying to speak to her she hung up one as her associates were mumbling in the back ground.

App is completely broken. Cant order online at all. 2025 and they STILL cant figure out how to make an app? Jimmy Johns has no issue, and they have a drive through. Not sure why anyone goes to Subway in 2025 with no working app.
Unfortunately this local Subway probably has nothing to do with the corporate app, but from a customer’s perspective, its the same.
Get it together Subway, this is a disgrace in 2025.

Two turkey combo meals on Italian bread, dressed very differently, cost us $16. Sandwiches were made to our exact specifications (see photos), and the employees were attentive and fast. Chips are located behind the counter and drinks are self-serve. Plenty of parking and indoor seating. Masks not required.

Id share this place 0 stars if i could! The guy making my sandwich did NOT know what he was doing! Poor service, and he was mumbling. I ordered a pickleball club and he didn’t put the pickles, tomatoes, or anything that came with the sandwich! He put the correct meat but he didn’t ask me what toppings i wanted or anything. Will not be coming back! You lost a true customer. This occurred 3/11/24 around 9 pm!

I’m giving 5 star ratings JUST FOR TONIGHT!! Have been before and have NEVER received better customer service than I had with Bridget Golden and Patrick Aycock!!! These pple were the best! They allowed me to take my time and ddnt act annoyed that they were about to close soon! I have NEVER had this kind of service in ANY Subway that I have been in. These two workers are amazing!!!! They treated me as if I wasn’t in a sandwich shop for the public…they made me feel like they were personally there for me! Those two are AMAZING!!! Get ur sandwiches HERE!!!

I live about an hour away from Tupelo, and I don’t usually get done with my daily business until late. Most of the time it’s between 8 to midnight, so I have the choice of Subway, tacos, or burgers that are both way overrated. I really enjoy being able to stop in knowing that anything I order is being prepared in front of me. I also love the fact that the food is always fresh whether it’s something heated, or a cold cut. The staff at this particular restaurant are very nice and talkative, and their training manager at night is very instructive, quick, and easy to talk to. I can tell that she is engaged in her job, and that she follows all rules and guidelines. I give this particular Subway five full stars! I will be returning often!!
