HORRIBLE customer service and VERY RUDE!! I ended up having to purchase online because I called the store 12 times and each was a busy signal!! This was a hour of calling before I gave up and went only. After purchase, due to me not seeing something on the site I typically get, I called the store again to ask and verify and guess what?! Yep, still a bisy signal. So I’m figuring they had the phone off the hook. When getting to the store and picking up my sandwiches(3 total) I asked if mines had spicy mustard on it. A young lady said no ma’am we don’t sell it anymore. I asked when, the VERY RUDE young man there said “since they said so.” I am ABSOLUTELY disgusted. I will be going up higher with this complaint due to multiple calls and the lack of customer service. Disappointing

Doors were locked, but we could see people inside. Walked around both sides then he let us in. He said, sorry we are busy? There were 5 people inside! Toilet in woman’s room is also loose from the floor. Cookies were over cooked, but the sandwiches were good.

The host was awful, her attitude wasn’t pleasant, she over dressed & over toasted the bread was burnt in spots my meat wasn’t warm. I wouldn’t recommend no one to subway with a crew that doesn’t show compassion for people food. My last time going Lenny’s is my go to sub shop from this day forward

I stood in line, ordered a sandwich and got to the register and they said their card system was down. They were unsure how long it would take for it to come back up. I was in a hurry and had no cash. Thankfully the gentleman in front of me offered to buy my lunch. I understand that things happen, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that their card system was down before standing and waiting. The customer behind me also didn’t have cash nor did she have time to wait for the system to boot back up. It will be a long while before I go back.

Highly disappointed in this location. The two young ladies that worked the shift on the late evening side were unprofessional and one had a very displeasing attitude almost to the point where I left the establishment, she had the nerve to roll her neck when answering a question I asked about their establishment accepting coupons or not. I more than likely will not visit this location again passing through the area and will not make recommendations to friends or family either because I wouldn’t any them to experience this disappointing customer service.

I went to subway in cleveland ms and the services was the worst the big tall girl with long brown and blond braids in her hair she has the worst attitude i have every seen in any restaurant i have every been talking about unprofessionalism go to cleveland ms subway you will get it quick fast and a hurry faster then your no class no class no class at all they don’t even deserve any star

Just didn’t feel heard by the girl making the sandwiches ‍♀️hate it but can’t make three customers sandwiches at once (more than three sandwiches), plus my order and my friends order…..wasn’t a nice experience….mind you this girl had help but she was busy talking to someone. Meanwhile, I’m paying 35 bucks for two sandwiches and they didn’t have half the garnishment for the sandwiches even out. Smh.
