Gave me the hardest burnt bread ever!!!!!! I would not have served anyone that! It was so hard and burned, that when I plucked it, it sounded like real wood!!! My husband and I work to hard for our money to get such poor quality! I will never visit that store again!!

This was supposed to be a Monster 6 inch. It is completely missing the bacon. This meal was $15, never again Subway.

I went into this location 3/23/24 at approximately 6pm. I was greeted as I entered which is always a good display of customer service. As I start my order I noticed the bread looked very hard and was even torn. As the condiments was being placed on my sandwich, the employees hair ( which were long braids) was touching my food. I declined the sandwich. She offered to make another but at that Moment I just didn’t deem this establishment as sanitary. Employees hair should be tied back with a hair net, which neither employee had.

This used to be my favorite subway when I come to Greenville but now I don’t know so much. My daughter said that a fly flew on my meat and the lady seen it but still tried to give her a sliced of meat with a fly on it. Oh Nooo. Then the lady finally took it off after my daughter told her to do so. Be careful when buying from them

They need to train the staff here on cleanliness. I visited this location a couple of days ago. As I was asking the employee questions, she pulled her mask up on her face with the glove that she was making sandwiches with. I decided to leave and not order anything. But before I left, I noticed that she continued making sandwiches with the same glove on. That’s not okay!

The absolute worst service and sandwich I have ever had at a Subway. The young lady who came from the back to wait on us seemed riddled with attitude and negativity. My aunt was trying to get something that my special needs uncle could eat. With every question she had, the server seemed to get more and more annoyed. There was no line so, there was no need or reason to rush. Once my aunt decided, the server started throwing the sandwich together, while asking me what I wanted. Then she started throwing my sandwich together. In her haste, she wasted olives all over the service area and then commenced to scoop them up and put them back in the cannister and inadvertently on my sandwich. I explained to her that she had just cross contaminated the food. No response. She finished preparing my sandwich, half cutting and wrapping it. When I finally just asked her was she okay, she simply responded, I just work fast. Before I could follow up, my aunt had had enough and just called out her behavior as “just rude.” She then just walked off and left us standing there. Finally the manager came out and started ringing us up….with the explanation that the server didn’t have an attitude….she just works fast. Silence. Blank stares from us. Smh.
The sandwich: I ordered my regular: The American Club. The sandwich was soooo saturated with salt and pepper that it was inedible. Either they pre salt and pepper their bread or they are salting/peppering their meats and/or veggies. The bread was also so hard that neither my uncle nor my aunt could eat the sandwich she purchased. If “Jared” was a Subway restaurant, this would be the one. Overall, it was a horrible experience and not ever going there would be a gift to yourself. Now, I gotta still go and find food for my aunt, uncle and myself because, the sandwiches ended up in the trash.

I have always loved this location, HOWEVER I would not recommend placing an online order for pick-up. If you do, be prepared for a very skimpily made sandwich. I did an online order for the first time yesterday (due to the COVID19 thing). Two of the ingredients were so sparse I had to open it up and actually really look to even see that there were a couple of pieces of bell pepper and onion on it at all, barely any pickles, the meat was very thin and spread out; there was barely any cheese on it, and I order extra Southwest sauce (which I paid extra for) but it was barely there either. When they make it in front of you inside the store at least you can control what goes on the sandwich and ask them to add more if they try to skimp on anything. But when you order online and it’s ready when you get there you have no control over it. When I got home and opened up my sandwich I felt really cheated!!! There’s just no excuse for that.

Worst store i was ever in, I almost walked out. 3 sandwich makers were there on duty, one person in front of me. It took them over 20 minutes to prepare my order.
