I went in to order 6 sandwiches here because the Subway we usually go to was closed because they lost power from the storm. Upon entering they didn’t even speak. One of the workers was trying to be in to big of a hurry and dropped about 4 pans of bread. Then another worker was rude to an older lady that was in front of me. That same worker ended up putting the veggies and sauce on my sandwiches. She was in such a hurry and when I took a literal second to say what I wanted she acted like I was bothering her. By the time she was done with my sandwiches I was a nervous wreck! It was 3 of them on the line and they need to learn to be nicer to their customers since we are the reason they have a job and slow down a little and give people time to talk! If our normal Subway on Hwy 1 is closed we will just not eat that we will choose something else. I will not return to this particular Subway again. Whoever the owner of this establishment is needs to send someone in here undercover and see how they are treating people.

I walked into the Subway on Hwy 82 in Greenville knowing exactly what I wanted. However, the sandwich was prepared out of the usual order. The bread was cut and cheese, meat, sauces, and vegetables were added in an incorrect sequence, which affected the overall quality of the sandwich. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy it and will be choosing to take my business elsewhere in the future.

I ordered a 6 inch tuna sandwich, the bread was toasted to hard, i didn’t get my extra scoop of tuna. I ordered a 6 inch meatball marinara and it was dry. Too much lettuce, no marinara sauce, very little cheese because i asked for shredded cheese and got very little. The person that fixed the sandwich had a altitude and didn’t toast the bread like i asked and the other girl that fixed the sandwich had a altitude and and the other one was very rude. Thank you but no thank you, won’t be coming back there anymore. need to work on discipline their workers because when you are paying your money you deserve better service, won’t be back and don’t recommend anyone to go there

This is a mixed review….The workers do not wear name tags, so I’ll have to refer to them as workers A and B. Worker A gave me the worst service, she was very argumentative with me and told me I had an attitude when I asked Sherman’s not to mash my bread when she made my sandwiches and she also refused to prepare my sandwiches and told worker B to make my sandwiches…again, very argumentative and back and forth with me. Worker A completed my order and was very respectful and customer friendly…and she got a $5 tip. These are pics of my son’s sandwiches that were smashed versus mine…you be the judge.

The subs are delicious and amazing unfortunately they need to learn to stop sprinkling the flavor of their failed relationships on the sandwiches.

Good sandwiches at a good price. There was a problem with unmasked people in the restaurant. They stood where the could not be avoided by masked people and blocked access to obtain bottled beverages and pay.

Went to subway in Greenville MS. Pulled up in the parking lot at 9:45 PM. Store closes at supposedly 10 pm. Girl walked to the door and locked it as soon as we pulled up. 15 minutes before closing. Needless to say I was not happy.
