It was great. Ordered online and they prepare online orders first since you’ve already paid. They are about the only ones around that actually take coupons (none of the other ones do except Memphis I think) which I think is wild, but whatever. The bread was a little chewy which is why the loss of a star. Besides that the rest was fine. They do have a fireassssss core. Overall it was good though.

So one lady was in front of me and got her a sandwich. Then a gentleman came out of back and ask the other employee to help him with online orders and they both started filling those and didn’t even say a word to me even tho I was standing patiently there waiting,so I ask “do I need to order on my phone for a sandwich?” And the young man called someone from back out to help me,just to find out they was all out of meat for the sub I wanted..hopefully it was a one time problem. I will try another time

Walked in at 4:25 and employee told me that they weren’t taking anymore orders until 5 because they were short staffed (4 customers in the store including myself). I went out to my car and waited a minute and they accepted two more customers who went in after me.

Terrible employees during lunch time. More concerned with having social experiences than just providing a very simple service. I used to like this location. Would not recommend if you have a timed lunch and a limited time to eat. I had to walk out while they were making my sandwich because they were more excited to talk to someone than help me while it was my turn. Again this was during lunch hours

This store is always out of stuff and now they are putting online orders before the customers in the store. 2 people in the store and both are working on online orders. It’s rude and ridiculous. I only come to this store because of the people but the dumb rules they are having to follow are ridiculous. I personally am about done with this store’s owner
