Our experience last night was the worse experience we have ever had in 30 something years of eating at subway. These ladies refused to fix a pizza we ordered that we previously ordered before. We asked them if they could put meatballs,pepperoni, and bacon on the pizza. One young girl said now that’s not something we’re going to do, we’re not going to cut up no meatballs to put on the pizza and that they never heard of that. We mentioned that we was willing to pay extra and both these young girls still refused to accommodate our needs. These girls at this store need alot more training because the service was horrible!! This store got one star because there was no option for zero! This happened 7/6/2023 around 830pm!

Subway is a solid option for a quick and easy sandwich. The workers are often friendly and it’s nice to see local high school students gaining work experience. The sandwiches are good and the ingredients are generally fresh. It’s a reliable choice when you need a quick bite to eat.

I walked in with my boyfriend to order us both a sandwich the cashier came from the back didn’t greet us .So she asked what kind of sandwich we wanted he told her so she precedes to grab the meat and throw it in the container. We both look at each other so she said what kind of bread he couldn’t hear her because she was talking low so he asked her what did she say. Then she gets loud and ask again so I told her what he said so she snatched the bread out the oven and started to cut it like she was mad. He simply told her to switch the bread she yelled out always complaining and threw the new bread on the container so hard it almost fell. We both looked at each other and walked out because there is no reason to have an attitude that bad making sandwiches. We were not trying to be difficult but she acted like we did something to her there wasn’t any other customers around so it’s not like we were yelling out different things we asked for two of the same sandwiches. It is never ok to mistreat people spending their hard earned money because if she didn’t want to be at work she should have stayed at home. I will never stop at this location again they will never get my business in the future because I’m not a fan of being mistreated while spending my money that’s why there are so many other options available. They really need to invest in public service classes because all that attitude is uncalled for when you’re simply making sandwiches it’s not rocket science.

I wouldn’t recommend this place cuz the people that work there are very rude or snobbish. And when the trash man opens the back door he let flies in without a care. He works there all day and still trash is pouring out or sticky gum and sodas all over the sidewalk. I’m being nice they actually deserve one star and the cashier was rude as well for the BP gas station not Subway.
