I ordered the 6 inch cold cut combo. It was good but very messy. The cashier was not friendly at all. The restaurant was clean. It is located inside the Wal-Mart.

the workers in there are extremely rude. i think that’s due to the fact that the building has absolutely no ac. the guy who took my order wouldn’t even look at me and clearly was frustrated when customers would come in. the guy who checked me out blankly said “what you get” and then didn’t talk to me the rest of the time. one of them workers had their feet propped up on the table just hanging out on the phone talking loudly. idk if they are all just having a bad day or what but they need to learn to leave their issues at the door. they clearly all didn’t get correct training when they were hired and all make it known that they hate their job and life. i’ve been to mcdonald’s with better customer service than this subway. definitely won’t be coming back unless the workers learn how to fix their attitude

This Subway is located inside a Walmart Supercenter, making it a convenient stop after finishing shopping. We walked in to the restaurant to find no employees behind the counter but were sitting in the main dining area on their phones. No big deal, slow shifts, I get that. That said, the employees made no move to get up and go to the counter at all for at least two minutes while we stood there waiting. Finally, they glared at us, I guess for inconveniencing their phone conversations, and slowly strolled over behind the counter where they assembled what had to be some of the shoddiest Subway sandwiches in existence. I discovered after we left a standalone Subway store no more than a mile down the road. Don’t make the mistake we did- go to the Subway down the road.

The lady(and I use that loosely) behind the counter was rude. I ordered a BLT protein bowl. It calls for 6-8 pieces of bacon. I was lucky to get 4 piece. I asked her to cook the bacon for 45 seconds, or else it would be burned. Guess what? My bacon was burned. She told me she couldn’t do that. I’ve eaten at Subway in Indiana for over a year. I know it can be done. I asked her to please take the stems off the spinach because I can’t chew them. She acted like it was an inconvenience. I then asked for a chicken salad wrap. She had an attitude when I told her not to heat the chicken up. She said it’s cold. I said I know that’s the way I like it on my wrap. I had to ask her to cut my wrap in half also. Guess who WON’T BE GOING BACK TO THAT SUBWAY!!!

When you are in retail you have to remember that being polite goes a long way! I, myself, work as s cashier and I understand having a bad day… I don’t know what this lady’s story was but rudeness is a understatement. Maybe you could hear your customers ordering if you TOOK THE HEADPHONES OUT YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE IN AT A JOB THAT REQUIRES YOUR ATTENTION. My order was messed up due to your lack of hearing. During the time you should be stocking napkins, remind you no customers had them, several times we tried to ask you’d walk away again headphones in… you decided sitting with your friends eating Popeyes and gossiping was better… PURE RUDENESS

The best sub I’ve had in a while. Crisp fresh ingredients and perfect ratio of mayo to meat, cheese and lettuce. Great service, always a welcome occurence when on the road. Would go again. Many times.
