Wish I’d seen the reviews beforehand. Ordered two subs, went to scan the coupon barcode on my phone. I asked the lady did it take because there is literally no indication on the screen. She said yeah, so I got my receipt, and sure enough, the discount had not been taken. The lady acted as if she was slow. Then, when I went back to have them use it, the guy says I can just come back and use it. No, I’m there now, I want to use it now. Do your job and listen carefully. I will not give my money to this location

The worst experience ever. I made a order online turkey footlong sub with double meat no cheese and I made it a combo. I go to pick it up. There’s no double meat $4 there’s extra cheese and so when I ask for the corrections I’m told I’m wrong so they look at the order make the corrections it’s still had cheese on it still didn’t have all the meat. Just give it to me I won’t be back. I go to make my drink and get my chips. I’m accused of stealing when I paid for my order online and I had already spoken with the cashier. who knew I paid for the order online and handed me the sandwich the reason my order was wrong is because they didn’t read the order and had the nerve to accuse me of stealing please do not go to this place this was a belittling humiliating frustrating experience that I didn’t deserve

I go to this subway on hacks cross rd in olive branch, Ms all the time. The store is very clean, staff is friendly and very hard working. Food is always fresh and very quick. It looks like the owners are really trying hard to make their business better every day. A very good store.

Do Not Trust this Subway location. I ordered a regular personal pepperoni pizza which was supposed to be 5.99(pizza) + $1.00(pepperoni). The employee put 4 pieces of pepperoni on the pizza as she should have. She did not no how to ring it up properly so she called the owner, whom I believe was her husband, to ring it up. He knowingly charged me for an extra portion of pepperoni bringing the total to over $9. For a location and franchisee that does not except the Franchise’s coupons or discounts, this is unacceptable and I will more than likely not visit here or their other locations in this area as often again.

The girl with the nose ring was EXTREMELY rude and probably a racist. She talked down to me like I was a child and commanded me to listen to her about the order when I wasn’t even talking! I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect ever. I will never return to this location. She should take a class to work on her communication skills with customers.

Do not order from the app. They do not discriminate between spinach which your stomach will reject and spinach it won’t. You will receiving slimy or frozen veggies when ordering from the app.
Do not even bother ordering in store. I tried to order 2 footlongs, and when I went to pay I was informed they don’t take coupons. The lady didn’t want me to leave the store without paying for both, but that’s exactly what I did.
The shame is that Subway has been a staple as part of my work routine for 25 years, but this is a new location in a new job area. They could have had my business an average of 3 days a week. Now they won’t be getting any of my patronage.

The me stay this I gave them 1 star not for food. They have a short older Indian lady in there with a nasty attitude. She doesn’t listen when your ordering just plain ugly. I try my hardest not to have her make my food because of her nasty attitude .

Place is clean but they don’t listen when you order! Second time I have been here and asked for a subway club DOUBLE meat. She makes it no double meat and then puts bacon on instead of roast beef. I ask where the roast beef was and why there was bacon, the guy next to her explained it to her and she changed it and put it back in the tub after being on the sandwich. Then I get rang up WITH a tip and double meat that wasn’t there for $16.14! I will go spend $20-30 somewhere else for lunch to get what I pay for AND ordered!! Then I hear the cashier say as I am walking out, “Oh I charged him for double meat and said nothing to me! Really Subway, you have gone down hill!!
