I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked if she could bring out fresh spinach, she refused. The spinach that was already in the container was very low, soggy, and wet. I eat spinach regularly and know that it should be fresh and fluffy, not soaked and limp.
Despite politely explaining this, she refused to replace it, and her attitude throughout the interaction was unpleasant. I was highly disappointed, especially since I have patronized this Subway on several occasions in the past and usually had decent experiences.
Unfortunately, the poor customer service and low food quality during this visit have changed my opinion. I do not recommend patronizing this location based on my recent experience.

This location is horrible!! Their sandwich making skills pretty much suck!! I placed an online order and requested my sandwich to be made on flatbread. It was made on white bread that was not fresh! It was made on white bread. Unknowingly to me flatbread has been discontinued. One would think they wouldn’t make the sandwich. Instead wait for the customer to arrive. They pride themselves on fresh bread, NOT close! My sandwich and my husband’s sandwich were a soggy mess and very poorly prepared!! All I got was an apology and no offer to remake our sandwiches!!

Lacey bought me lunch today, so we went to subway. I have not been to this location as of yet. I only get the heated tuna with massive onions and the onion sauce. Lacey got a turkey sub and we both got chips, she got dill pickle and u got plain baked. I was also tempted with the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, which is tasty and I like the vitamin water. The place is clean and they were nice.

The lady ,who has been there for years, on the phone is the rudest person I’ve met. We placed an order and paid extra for the collectable cups. She called to tell us they didnt have any left. I asked for a refund and she said they dont do that. So I asked how do we resolve that I paid for something I cant get and she said you cant and hung up on me. My oder didnt arrive, no refund. I reported the incident with no replies. Avoid this location at all costs.

This subway sucks it honestly feels like it’s being run by highschoolers and there’s not a single adult ever hear they’re always closing earlier than the times that are listed even online. They don’t even have flowers posted at the door. The service is always terrible and yes, multiple times do I try to come here right at the end of the day just because that’s how things lineup and somehow I’m 1520 minutes before closing and the doors are locked while they stand there and stare at me honestly it’s kind of hilarious, but I will take my business to the other subway in town from now on.

I’ve never done a review before, so if I’m doing one…it def felt worth sharing. Went in this evening for a sub. Family is out of town for the weekend and I didn’t wanna cook for just me. The veggies looked awful…like been sitting out for days. So I decided just meat and cheese and I’ll add the other dressings at home. The lady that waited on me was very rude and not pleasant at all. Even though I was very kind and respectful. How’s you’re day been…yes ma’am…no ma’am…thank you so much…hope you enjoy the rest of your evening and so on. I treat people the way I want to be treated. Period!!!! Not a good experience. Prolly will travel up Goodman rd next time. Sucks cuz I live right down the road from this location…Just off of hwy 301

Horrible customer service and workers have attitudes from the jump. The vibe here has drastically changed. Also, got overcharged for everything i ordered and there’s no communication between employees, I ordered a garlic cheesesteak, got charged for a Philly which I wanted in a combo but instead the person charged it to my other sandwich which was a footlong which cost more. Then when I asked if I could get cookies instead of chips they both rolled their eyes and the one getting them slammed the door of the cookie case after she broke my cookie. Will never go back to this location.
