Entire floor was sticky, dirty tables, overflowing and dirty bathroom. Employee was friendly, made a great sandwich but the restaurant was empty. Not a busy time of day, no reason for the place to be as filthy as it was so I can only assume it is always this way.

They we’re having a promotion for a free 6in sub so we went in to subway and said we were wanting to try it and so rude she said I am only can put what is made with we said it ok. Her attitude stunk she was very rude obnoxious. My coworker was asking her which meals for the sandwiches can we use and she’s like I’ll go ask him very rudely.

Haven’t ordered subway in months so ordered on the subway app. Got 2 foot longs, the grilled chicken one was supposed to have 50% more meat and extra black olives and ranch. There were maybe 12 olives in the whole sandwich, Definitely not 50% more meat, and there was very very little ranch. Grandma didn’t enjoy her sandwich either, said she’s definitely had better from this location. Overall super disappointing, this location has always been my favorite but it’s definitely going downhill. The flatbread was also a lot thinner than it normally is as well, like practically as thick as 3 pieces of paper.

I realize there are many choices for Subway, but this location is my favorite. The staff is always efficient, friendly and goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. Always a very clean, pleasing environment to be in. The sandwiches and ingredients are always to notch.

This has no reflection on the employees, but on management. The employees are always nice. But multiple times, we have come in to them being short-staffed and under-trained. Tonight their credit card machine was down. Not a big deal until I found out it’s been that way for a week! Management needs to get it together. I bet you have a high-turnover. This would be why. Like I said, friendly staff, always. And the food is always good.

Twice now in the last couple week’s there’s no meatballs, sold out. Going to go to a different store from now on. The people that work there have always, ALWAYS been great. Working alone and handling major rushes, hats off, mad respect. Owners, give them raises so they don’t need a “tip” jar.

The staff were very pleasant and nice. However, we are in a pandemic and not one food handler was wearing a mask! Also the bathroom toilets were moldy and none of the tables were routinely cleaned after people ate on them.
Food was good, but the lack of masks on food handlers and poor cleaning in a pandemic is concerning.
