Tonight we ordered our usual with terrible customer service from the two boys working in the restaurant. Was told there was no banana peppers and that we couldn’t get guacamole on the side. Ok I have no issue with that however what is disturbing is the way the sandwich was put together and the terrible placement and cut of the sandwich. I hate to give a bad review and I will be contacting the manager on this issue. Looks like we will not go back through the drive through window again.

If I could leave no stars I would. Worst subway I’ve ever had, ever. Lady behind the counter was also extremely rude, food was mid at the most. Absolutely sucked, save your money and go else where.

Had the most awful experience up there today I had to tell them my order at least 10 or more times an everything on it an I get home to find out they still can not even follow a simple task of making a sandwich right cause both of mine are still the wrong thing completely different than what I told them if I could give a 0 review I would whoever is working up there should be fired an replaced. I always come with high hopes but end up being disappointed. Between the all bread sandwich they made and the 4inch supposed to be 6inch sandwich. Keep in mind these are two different subs from two different days. Do better

I ordered the Steak & Cheese. I asked for extra meat and cheese and condiments on the side because by time I get home the condiments makes the bread extremely soggy and it falls apart. I got home and there was no extra steak and there was ZERO cheese and as you can see in the picture I have provided the condiments was on the sandwich. I even asked them at the window if there was extra steak & cheese on the sandwich and the employee that made them looked at me and said “yep sure is”. Wow!

Me, my mother, and my sister all go meals and it ended up being $51 and the food was not good.
I got a meatball sub but it ended up ending soggy after 30 seconds due to how much they pushed down the bread. They put so to many pickles on my sisters, both of ours were cut in a way where it was falling apart, and my mother’s was drenched in ranch. Like drenched. It ends up not being as good as I was hoping and it makes me more loyal to the one next to my father’s place. They didn’t put the stickers on it so once I tried to pull out a sandwich, it fell out of the wrapping. We are never going there again. 3 meals for enough money for groceries in this economy for at least 3 weeks. I’m good. Never again
