I placed an order through the app, when I got there they said they didn’t have anything on there system. I showed them my order and that I had already paid. They said they couldn’t make my order even though It had already been paid for. When I asked for a customer service number they said it’s on the app. Well on the app it only lets you call the store, so I hit the contact store button and watched them pick up the phone, proceeded to ask again for a customer service number because they could not give me a refund and they don’t have the customer service number. Subway only has the ai online and no customer service rep so now I out my money will never eat subway again

The service from the employees were wonderful but I believe that it should be illegal to make your employees work under the heat in there. It was 104 degrees inside. So hot that we were sweeting before our sandwiches were made

This subway is a joke, me and my wife are out 47 dollars and no subs. On the site we ordered 4 subs for pickup, not only one our side with the site but our bank account clearly shows payment went through. I get there at the time it says for our order to be ready. I walk in this gentleman tells me it’s not come through on their side. Then proceeds to tell me that because it’s not coming through he can’t and won’t make my subs even though we clearly paid for it. We’ll our money went through somewhere because it sure came out of our bank account. We have a good amount of money in our account so it’s not necessarily the 50 dollars but it’s the principal that we work extremely hard for our money paid for our subs and now we are getting told we can’t do anything for you. So be aware who ever the franchise owner is of this location is a crook and I am not shocked anymore with how this world is that a business would steal money from hardworking people then literally just shrug their shoulders. Please be aware of this location. Please please stay away these people are crooks me and my wife are now out 50 dollars and no subs we paid for.

Last few times me and my boyfriend has been going here we love our guy Micha! Everytime we come in he always gets our order right and does his job correctly! We appreciate him and everything he’s done! I would recommend going there when he’s there! Excellent customer service always friendly. We have no issues with him and does a wonderful job by keeping us and any other customer happy!

In the past, I’ve generally considered Subway a good restaurant, but now they carry a menu item that is so disgusting that I can’t even fathom the idea of eating there. This item is the nacho sauce. It might be the worst sauce I’ve ever tasted in my life. I used to go to Subway once a week, but I haven’t been back since I tried the spicy nacho chicken sub, and that was about 5 months ago. I desperately need them to get rid of this item so I can go back. It’s nothing against this particular Subway, but this is the one where I tried that sub. Before this experience, Subway was a recurring stop for me. They earned my consistent business because they gave me a free cookie every time, even though I always used an online coupon. Please get rid of the nacho sauce Subway. There is a noticeable problem with the way this sauce is prepared. Perhaps it’s ok if it’s prepared as intended, but that’s either not happening or it really is just that disgusting. I’ll admit that commercials play an intricate role in putting Subway on my mind, but when I see the nacho sauce advertised, I truly gag and sometimes even throw up a little bit in my mouth.

My recent trip to the Washington subway was a pleasant surprise when I was greeted by the new manager Heather. I was so pleased with the courteous service I received. Heather was so very kind and friendly while making sandwiches for us.

I have frequented this subway for the last few years and I can say this was the best experience I had since I started going.

A huge thank you to heather for being a rockstar.

Also a friendly reminder: “be kind to the staff, they are human beings too. Just because they work in service does not mean you have a right to yell scream and cuss. That could be your family.”
