I’ve been there several times and this time was totally different. The manager is so so amazing and so helpful, so is Hannah. However McKenzie made my sandwich extremely slow. She had a horrible attitude and is more interested in her phone when help is needed. I definitely recommend going when Alyssa and Hannah are there for the best experience.

I got there at 11:50 pm last night on 10/26. I went to the drive thru and I honked and knocked on the drive-thu window and no answer so I just decided to go inside and by then it was already midnight.. so by now I’m pissed off and they lady that was working was telling me that they was closed and I tried telling her that I’ve been waiting in the drive- thu so she had the idea to call the cops on me .. all bc she was scared . And the whole time she was on her phone upfront,so basically she wasn’t doing her job ( I have proof)

I placed an order for delivery on March 30 in the evening. My order was half hour late. I ordered steak and cheese melt and a tuna melt through subway app and it was delivered by doordash.
The cheese was room temperature if that. It was not heated and definitely not melted. The subs arrived open-faced and falling apart and not wrapped securely and didn’t have the subway sticker to show it’s sealed like usual. You could just look inside the already opened bag and see the actual food. My dog loved the meat though; he had a $14 meal.
I tried calling them several times that evening and several times today and it keeps going to mailbox full. Weird
I contacted subway customer service and got a generic email.

My family and I stopped at this Subway while PCSing. The store was empty, and two of my family members went to the restroom while I ordered the two subs I knew they wanted. The two women behind the counter seemed irritated and impatient, pressing me to choose bread for the other sandwiches—even after I explained I didn’t know yet. This is the first review I’ve ever written, but the unfriendly service stood out enough for me to share.
-The meatballs for one of the sandwiches where cold as if they had been in the refrigerator
-A sandwich that they had asked and been told twice that wasn’t to be toasted was in fact toasted
-They were out of both small cups and the small lids and we had to ask for them since we had already paid
-Staff up front were impatient and treating us as if we were an inconvenience

I love me some subway but honestly food can be great but because of service or management could sometimes ruin your favorite thing in this case it is not!… want to take a moment to say OUTSTANDING job by management and staff very busy store. The team at Subway you can tell that they all work together to make it a very positive atmosphere. Which makes the food that much better kudos to the manager and her team! I also wanted to be brought to light don’t know if you’ve ever had a sandwich made by Alyssa Nicole Thorpe I believe is the manager at this location but she genuinely makes her sandwiches with love than they’re most prettiest things and scrumptious sub sandwiches I’ve ever had it any Subway just by the way she puts together your sandwich. The meat the cheese is perfectly folded layered dressed for Perfection outstanding job team!!!
Ps!! not that this has anything to do with staff but I want to say as much as I love Subway sandwiches I rarely eat there anymore I think Subway owners as a whole has taken advantage of price hike and is charging way too much for these sandwiches

Clean, friendly, and great for a quick bite
This Subway is tucked into a smaller space inside a retail plaza near the pharmacy, right next to China Wok, AlL Good Nutrition, and Little Caesars. Even though it’s a smaller shop, it’s really clean and well-kept.
The staff here is super friendly and works hard to get your order just right. They’ve updated their menu with some nice modern options, snacks, and even kid-friendly meals, which is a plus if you’re bringing little ones.
That said, the prices can sneak up on you with most subs ranging from $10 to $15 even before fountain drink and chips. Definitely more of an occasional splurge than an everyday lunch stop.
Overall, it’s a solid little spot for a fresh sandwich when you’re in the area!
