I use to love this subway but here lately the employees are rude and lazy. I’ve went in a few times with multiple employees working and they just ignore you. This last order was just ridiculous. They sent me a hot mess and I’m guessing it’s because it was about 20 minutes before close. I even reached out to the company and received a “sorry for the inconvenience” after spending almost $20 for a sandwich. The sandwich was burnt, squeezed when cut and ingredients falling out inside the wrapper and the bag. The sandwich was hanging out the end of the wrapper where they didn’t even take the time to properly wrap the sandwich.

Subs ice cold, who wants a Philly cheese steak cold. Or a meatball sub. Very unhappy and when you call they either hang up on you or goes to voice mail. Very unprofessional way to do business and will not order from here again. And I’m sure this will be seen by other Frito-Lay Employees.

My food was good and the cashier was nice but the lady with the tattooed lips on her neck that was starting my sandwiches was mean and absolutely rude to everyone in the store. I’ve worked fast food before and understand how stressful it can be during a rush but there is no reason to treat a customer this way. It boggles my mind that her manager didn’t jump onto her for treating paying customers that way. If the job is too much for you find something else to do, please.

Employee was extremely rude. Interrupted me after asking what I wanted. Then asked again what I wanted and proceeded to complain about “rude @$$ customers” coming in. And i quote”customers need to learn that respect is given not taken”. Cussed the entire time making my order (2 cold sandwiches) and made it feel like she was directing her venting on me. Though I said nothing rude at all. If I had her name I would report her. This is a Sunday afternoon, 3:30 pm 5/21/23 at Pulaski, TN walmart subway. Ridiculous. To that employee, the respect thing goes both ways. Luckily I am mature enough to hold my tongue. Extremely displeased with this experience.

Service was terrible today. First, the gentleman didn’t even ask what we wanted so we waited in silence a bit until I figured out he was waiting on me to tell him what we wanted. Then, the lady putting the veggies on the sandwich “heard” I said mayonnaise when I said loud and clear that k wanted ranch. She proceeds to start scrapping the mayo off and when she sees she isn’t going to successfully take it off, she asks if I want it remade in an annoyingly tone. She then starts whispering stuff to the gentleman that first “helped” us.
I would highly recommend going to the one near Dunkin’ next time.

Ordered a chicken salad. I don’t get a lot of stuff in mine, just tomatoes, cucumbers, olives,.onions and a little cheese. The gentleman that prepared it didn’t even cut up the tomatoes or cucumbers. I also had to ask for a knife to just be able to cut them. His actions was that I was bothering him.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDES! When I went there the first time, the girl making my sandwich seemed totally aggravated over nothing. I thought maybe she was having a bad day. But the second time I went, the lady who may have even been the manager just seemed downright grumpy and rushed though there was only me in line. I have never gotten a smile at this place from anyone. No thank yous, and not a single kind tone of voice. Do the store a favor and eat at the other Subway in town. Hopefully these people will go out of business and finally relax a little.
