8/2/24 around 8:15pm my friend’s mom and son went to order 4 sandwiches and she had a list of what we wanted. I wrote down a veggie delite with all the veggies but no lettuce and my friend’s mom repeated it exactly how I wrote it. They got home and I opened the wrapper and saw nothing but a smushed and hard sandwich. I left my friend’s house and went to the store and the one girl had an attitude beyond anything. The other girl with glasses and black hair asked what do we do to the other girl and then said to me that I can put the veggies on your sandwich. I told her politely that I had worked in the food industry since I was 19 and that’s a health code violation because any food item that leaves the building cannot go back behind the counter. I told them don’t worry about it.

Just plain rude employees!! They act like we was a convenient to them. Susie I am not 100% correct was so rude with us. We ask and paid for extra meat and she got mad because we ask for it and had to get new meat. We paid why is that a problem? But I did take pic of my sandwich which is not covered at all even before I ask for extra meat or even after the extra meat it still didn’t cover my bread. I will never go back or recommend this place. We got the meal of the day and we told her what kind of chips we wanted and she threw them at us and walked off and got on her phone texting. Just so very unwelcome! I mean if you don’t like your job please don’t take it out on your customers because we are the ones that pay your paychecks remember that! Just lost mine and my husband’s buisness!

My husband and myself took our grandson to this Subway after getting to the register they refused to take our coupon told us we would have to try next time but the couple already eating said they took thier coupon with no problem I told them to keep my sandwich thats when they started taking the steak off of it and putting it back in the food containers to serve to someone else please feel free to boycott this location.

then when we asked for a refund for the sub itself took them 30 min to get it. after we finally got refund we was asked not to return! we will not be back not matter if we was banned or not 0/10

As an ex general manager of subway. I wasn’t pleased with my meal. Me and my wife got a meal deal and they acted like we was out of place. We ordered the meal of the day which was the philly we asked for extra meat and we both was added with 1 scoop of meat wasn’t right and the more we asked nicely the more they got with the attitude and they was talking under their breath. This store be lucky if we go back

Our subs had very little meat or cheese. They charged both of us for an extra 6” that we didn’t order. When we got our refund they asked us not to come back. 0/10 recommend this subway.

I love subway but I rarely come to this location. They are often out of bread, cookies etc.The workers are rude and dismissive. Today they were out of bread and I asked about the bread you can clearly see and said it wouldn’t be ready for 15 minutes so I said I would wait and they had no reply and just closed up and walked to the back.
