Props on the Christmas Decorations but the multigrain was stale and the tea was terrible. I will say the restaurant was clean and the service was good.

I was traveling thru Savannah Tn on my way to a friend’s in Waterloo Al and decided that I wanted Subway. I like the food but our Subway is not the best IMO. I walked in and there were several customers eating and a short line in front of me so I said to myself, this must be a decent place to eat. I usually choose a salad and I was not disappointed. The service was very fast, the ingredients were very fresh and the line of servers were smiling and very courteous, I was impressed. The store was clean and well maintained, the drink fountain was clean and the lids and straws were well organized, a lady was restocking the chips and checking on the tables as we were dining. I usually get a couple of the cookies with my order and they were soft and fresh, I really enjoyed my dining experience at the Savannah, Tn Subway restaurant, stop in and patronize a well managed facility!

Crap!! That’s keeping it clean. Go to place my order and oven goes off for bread. 8 mins later the rude lady will take my order while the whole time the other lady clueless couldn’t make a lame sandwich.

My daughter and I ordered some sandwiches hers had olives on it, one of the olives had a seed in it, she bit down and now her teeth hurt. I told the employees about it and they said there’s nothing they can do about it.

I went for lunch on a Monday and no one was in line. The workers were talking in the back but I could see them and they clearly saw me but made no acknowledgement of my presence. I stood patiently waiting and when they two girls finished their conversation. One girl turned and looked and me and asked if she could help me. I told her my order and she was pleasant but I was still a little irritated that I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before they would help me. Plus she didn’t apologize for making me wait either which further irritated me. I got a pizza sub toasted 6 inches and made it a combo meal with a small drink. I added 3 cookies to my order as well. I live in Clifton, so about a 20 minute drive and I did not expect my sub sandwich to be still hot or even warm but I never expected it to be on stale bread. The first bite I took I couldn’t even chew it, because it was so hard. So, I had to take all the fixings off and put it on my own bread at home. I thought Subway was known for have made fresh daily bread???? This wheat bread was a 1,000% not fresh at all. I will not return to this location. I will just have to try Waynesboro and see if I have better luck with them. Unsatisfactory service and terrible food!

We ordered our food online and drove to pick it up. When we got home we realized the messed up every sandwich despite the order being in front of their faces.
We returned and they asked if they could just add/ remove things from the sandwiches instead of remaking them.
We insisted they do their jobs properly and remake them.
This time when we got home we realized they didn’t put a single slice of cheese on the sandwiches this time.
I should also be clear this has happened every time we have tried this subway recently.

We usually order here instead of the closer adamsville location, just because the workers are more sanitary, but they get at least one sandwich wrong every time I order online, which is easier than telling them what 3 people want on their sandwich.

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would for the way I was treated today. I accidentally ordered at this location when I meant to order somewhere else and they told me they probably weren’t able to do anything but to call back then blocked my number and put in the app that I picked it up. Absolutely disgusting.

We ordered through the app today & when we got our food home, we discovered that the churro was so hard it made a snapping sound when broke in half. Broke, not pulled apart. The bread was torn and falling apart in both sandwiches – that had 2 different kinds of bread. The chicken cheese roll up was very dry and didn’t have hardly any filling and came with a half empty dipping sauce.
I don’t get it. When we door dash the food is never like this. When we order at the restaurant it’s never like this. Do y’all hate app orders or what? Very disappointed in our meal today.
